So you’re not actually reserving a table on this app. You’re just securing your entrance. The cover fee is 20 a person and we realized we weren’t actually going to have a table once we got there. It was packed with people, and there were hardly any available tables (which are first come first serve apparently) because of course the people that arrived earlier hadn’t left yet. Food and drinks are pricey, although very tasty. There are two levels and both are decorated nicely and lean into the nostalgia of noche buena.

I paid $25 per person (a party of 4=$100) for a reservation at 7:00 pm on Friday December 13- when I got there they asked me for a QR Code- I told them I do not have one and showed them my confirmation from Open table. They said ‘oh…’ right now we have a private event upstairs but I could check out out downstairs. I asked what did I pay for they said most likely the rooftop but there was a private event up there. Went downstairs- it was brightly decorated from top to bottom with Christmas decor. There was only a few people there and no bartenders, so we went upstairs. Went upstairs to the rooftop and showed them my confirmation. They told me they don’t have any tables right now but I could wait around. They offered my party & I drink and food vouchers. Went to the bar and received a drink of my choice. When we went to order another round with our drink vouchers, they told us the vouchers were only good for their special drink menu. That is definitely something that should have been told to me when the vouchers were given to me. We waited 45 minutes and the private event was still going! Another party came by the bar as well and was complaining about making a reservation and paying for it and there not being a table available for their reservation.
We decided to go back downstairs and use the food vouchers they gave is. There were not tables or seats available. We went to the bar and asked to order food using out food vouchers. The bartender told us you can only order food if you are at a table. There is only 6 tables in the whole place!!!Again the vouchers were of no use to us.
I was so DISAPPOINTED with the place. False advertisement, poor planning, poor communication, etc-
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!
