Unfortunately one waiter was really rude and she killed the mood of us and it was my birthday. The menu was poor there was nothing much to select. Never again.

Another fabulous dinner at Nil. We sat in the garden and enjoyed the 5 course menu, every single course was delicious, creative and tasty. We come here since 30 years and it never disappoints. We love the service and we love that the noise level is low, so you can actually enjoy a conversation. To me Nil is my favorite restaurant in Hamburg because it always feels like a special experience and not just like going out for dinner. Highly recommended and great value. We will be back.

A 5-course menu dining took us almost 3 hours. Food is ok but nothing special. Service is less attentive as it should be.

We are very sorry, but you ordered the menu at 20.48 and you paid at 22.53. That's two hours and five minutes in total. Not so bad for a busy night.

Wonderful experience dining here on a special occasion. This is a small, vibrant and beautiful restaurant. Service was impeccable, the menu small yet excellent, including the brilliant value four course set menu. Vegan options too. Wine was wonderful. Absolutely loved eveeything about Nil and would highly recommend.
