Nicco’s Prime Cuts & Fish is Durango Casino & Resort’s modern American steakhouse featuring prime meats, market-fresh seafood and a chic dining scene. Curated by innovative Executive Chef Michael Tomorsky and property executive chef Daniel Ye, Nicco’s menu is all about sourcing – from the finest meat purveyors, dry-aged fish markets and straight-from-the-farm produce – all executed with a true culinarian’s precision.

Nicco’s offers a dinner menu that brings to life the best of both land and sea including a premium steak menu featuring USDA Prime, Dry Aged (exclusively for Nicco’s) and Wagyu cuts hand-selected from the world’s finest ranchers and purveyors alongside traditional American steakhouse dishes and signature entrees. Guests can also select from a fresh fish market seafood display featuring a variety of premium catches flown in daily while a raw bar, caviar and crudo menu round out the seafood experience.

Food was fabulous as usual - service was stellar as usual - live piano music was excellent - this is by far our favorite date night place to go in Vegas - way to go Durango

Food was incredible and service excellent. Kind of pricey but well worth the visit. It was very noisy but I think it was because of the holiday

The service and food was excellent. On a holiday you never know what to expect. Nicco’s was outstanding. We had a group of 5 and everybody felt the food was great!!!!! A great time with staff and high level of service!!

It was a great experience and the service was amazing. We went for thanksgiving and the food was okay. The turkey was very dry and the sides were bland and lacking any flavor. I know this is the first year for Nicco’s but hopefully they can rebrand the turkey plate, it definitely needs some more flavor! Overall a good experience.

Had Thanksgiving dinner planed here. Booked the table well in advance because I knew it might get busy. Arrived for our reservation and was lead outside where there was one heater on to warm us. I immediately asked to be re-seated. Our party was brought inside to another table. We all sat down and began to talk when someone came up and asked us to move again. We were taken to another table. Just as we were getting situated we were asked to move again. This time I asked to speak to a manager. A women named Brenda came up and introduced herself as the manger. I explained the issue and she said, sorry we are busy today, that’s all. I visit many fine eating establishments and have never been asked to move tables 4 times. It was unacceptable and we would have left if it not been a holiday.

We always have such amazing service when we visit Nicco’s. The food is fantastic and the room is gorgeous but it’s our servers that make the experience. It was a magical Thanksgiving dinner and even our 3 teenagers walked away ecstatic.

This is my third time eating here. The service has never been great but this time was by far the worst. Has to ask 3 times just to get water initially. Food was super salty. Lots of little things that added up to not going back. Fleming's is much better all the way around.

Enjoyed our dining experience at Nicco’s, had crab cakes and short ribs for appetizers and both were very good. Coconut old fashioned was tasty as well. Main course was a ribeye that was cooked appropriately and full of flavor. Nicco’s is expensive, ran about $200/pp including tip.

The filet and lobster tails were excellent! Hash browns were crispy and very good. Creamed spinach was also very good. Good service and nice atmosphere.
