An exciting new restaurant based in the heart of Naas, Co. Kildare. This is, as its name suggests, a neighbourhood restaurant — somewhere to relax and enjoy creative and delicious, flavour-driven, produced by previous Bib Gourmand achieved Head Chef Gareth Naughton and his team, and drinks in an elegantly easy-going setting. We aim to source and produce everything possible, right here in Ireland.

This was our second visit to Neighbourhood Restaurant in Naas, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. This time, we attended as a party of four, and the evening was flawless from start to finish. The food is simply unbelievable—each dish was perfectly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in delivering excellence. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, striking that perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. From their welcoming smiles to their helpful suggestions, they made the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, Neighbourhood Restaurant continues to impress us with its consistent quality and outstanding service. It’s a gem in Naas and a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

As a couple who do not go out very often, choosing the right restaurant for us to go to can take a while as we both cook and often we can recreate what we get in restaurans much nicer than what we were served. The food is always our deciding factor on whether we will go back to a place or not. Choosing Neighborhood was a great decision. We had a very late booking but that did not affect the quality of the service at all. Upon entering the restaurant there was a lovely warm welcoming feel to the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in making decisions. The food, oh the food was incredible. From starters to desert and coffee everything was so fresh and delicious. Well worth the money and the late booking. We were not rushed even though we ended up being the last table there in the restaurant. There is a lot to be said to be able to go somewhere and feel so relaxed knowing that you will be looked after (food wise). Thank you Neighbourhood we will definitely be going back.

Overall a nice spot, steak is good as is service. Only constructive criticism I'd have is a personal one but I think a little less open plan / softer furnishings would make all the difference. Immediately inside the door is cosy, but I feel that's lost in the dining space. As I said it's personal preference and I like warm and cosy for a relaxed atmosphere which I don't find here, hence I'd be more inclined to eat and leave. My daughter works in a cafe which I say the very same about, it lacks the "relax and enjoy" feel. I like to eat slow, enjoy a nice meal in comfort with no rush, and the environment is part of the experience as much as the food for me.

excellent food and service the room could have been a little warmer but as it was snowing outside this was probaly part of the problem. Wil visit again

The restaurant is beautiful, fantastic warm and friendly team and the food was incredible. We cannot wait to go again!

Very friendly staff, great food and nice ambiance. The upstairs has great (untapped) potential for post dinner drinks.
