    The drinks were ok; the old fashion seemed watered down. The trifecta appetizer was great. The sea bass was perfectly prepared. The shrimp and grits were good. The tortilla soup and the grilled chicken wrap were terrible.

    It took a long time to get our food. Once we got it- the med rare steak was for sure WELL done! The gluten free chicken sandwich was on gluten free bread, but was fried chicken. We sent those back and I asked for my au jus sauce that came with the roast beef sandwich. After 20 or so min he came back with the new steak that was a med well but had a little red at least and told me they were out of au jus. So- was not going to be served. I had my meal for 20 min at that point, wasn’t told when I ordered or when I said it was missing, may as well just eat it as is at this point. So we asked for refill of the drinks and another bottle of wine. Another 30 min we finally got the new chicken sandwich. Another 15 min we got the refills. So at that time I said no worries about the other bottle of wine, we don’t need it. 15 min later they tried to bring it (1 hr after we asked for it) I said no we do not need that now, thank you. We got the bill and not only were we charged for both bottles of wine, we were charged $58/ bottle which the menu stated the bottle was $48. The manager did come apologize that the price was wrong. There was never an apology that the steak was wrong, they were out of sauce but never told us, or that they made a gluten free chicken sandwich fried. (Which is not gluten free). Or…. That everything took so so long!!! We were trying to be understanding but as nice as we were telling them the problems they never apologized, they seemed like we were a huge inconvenience to their day. I honestly really wanted to love this place, we should have not been surprised though. As soon as we walked in the guy seemed super annoyed. I even said well I have a reservation, and he said yeah that helps, but never asked my name or reservation. Just seemed annoyed with having to seat us. The food that we DID receive that was correct was very good!!! I assume this place actually had very good food when it is served correct.

    Food quality was average, server was attentive and pleasant. Very few patrons…. Vibe was off.

    unfortunately my experience mirrors that of the other reviews below mine. I thought, mid service is worth it for good food… but it was all terrible. I ordered steak frites, medium, and they came well done, like it had been boiled with zero flavor. I sent it back and it took about 20 min to get another, that seemed like they dumped a ton of salt and teriyaki sauce on the steak. Our server was soooo awkward, and after the initial greeting and drink order, we got more help from the host and from someone I’m assuming was at a manager level. He dropped off our plates and walked away without saying a single word. We badly wanted dessert but wanted to leave more so we left and got dessert somewhere else. We won’t visit again

    There were more staff than patrons yet no one would pay attention to us so we got up and left 30 minutes after not even getting a drink.

    Two stars. typically, great food. Consistently poor and slow service when dining in. Great bar. As good as the food can be, it has never made up for the very low quality and slow service provided. Bottom line: ✳️ If you're in Louisville from out of town, great place to drink 🥃, definitely find somewhere else to dine in. 🚫🍽️ You can do so much better. After sitting for 30 minutes, waiting on my meal, the waitress today finally went back and actually placed my the order I had given her when I. After 15 more minutes, she had had the kitchen throw some nonsense together as an eggs Benedict and then suggested to me she "definitely did not forget to place my order" while giggling. Unprofessional and unacceptable service for a restaurant in such a high-quality, first class hotel.
