   This was our first time dining here and we had a great experience. Our waiter (I'm sorry I can't remember his name at this moment) tall young man with beautiful blond hair was great! He helped us understand the menu items and recommended some great entrees and we were not disappointed! Our entrees was delicious and definitely the reason we will be back! The dessert (chocolate mousse) was just ok, but not bad, just not what we thought it would be, but the overall experience was wonderful, the live music and ambiance was beautiful. We will be back!

   Staff was friendly, server a high schooler friendly with no experience but we all start some where! decor good but need more light. Suggest light on the tables, was hard to read the menu. Very loud from 6-7:30 while we were there, suggest earlier or later reservations. Food was average. Will give it another try.

   They must have been understaffed as the service was terrible. Our server was great and very apologetic for the delay in getting our dinner. It was valentines’s day and they had a limited menu too so not sure what the issue was. They should have comped our drinks or one of our meals to compensate us for the long wait.

   We were immediately impressed when we walked into NEAT. The restaurant is part of a very nice string of stores with an extremely well-lit and well landscaped parking lot. The decor was really thoughtful and high-end. Each piece of artwork that was on the wall was beautifully framed and perfectly aligned. The colors in rich browns and black felt sophisticated and polished. The menu is forward thinking, with some fun new takes on classic dishes: we had wonderful hamburgers that were cooked perfectly, but they came on a brioche bun and there were about 20 different things that you could add in a make your own including a wonderful horseradish topping. There were a lot of other great things that you could add, such as avocado. The servers were super nice and friendly. The establishment was also extremely clean, as were the bathrooms. The manager is very accessible and came around to ask us how our meal was. Our servers checked on us several times to make sure we were ok, more than the average restaurant, and we appreciated it. The prices are extremely reasonable considering how upscale the meals and menu felt. I would definitely come back again and bring friends.

   We dined here for the first time on a Friday night. The food was good but the service was incredibly slow. They were not busy but it seemed they only had one server taking care of the entire restaurant. Judging by how long the food took, I’m guessing maybe the kitchen wasn’t adequately staffed either.

   Every tho no we ordered came out wrong. It was 3pm on a Saturday. We were the king table in the entire restaurant.

   Came for $6.99 burger night. Burger was great, especially for the price. The fries were a bit undercooked. Service was great; our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Probably our fault, but we chose to sit outside and the vibe was just very off. No music or anything.

   Went after wine tasting across the street with friends - knew this place was new from owners at Italian Grill where we often go - good selection, good happy hour pricing, nice/modern atmosphere. So much different than when it was the Irish bar. Everyone enjoyed their meal except one whose burger was overdone (but decided not to complain as they were busy with a large group). Would def go again and try their other offerings - friendly staff. They had someone playing keyboard/singing - he was hard to understand/hear as the keyboard was louder than he was but we enjoyed the meal and atmosphere overall.
