   We stopped in here with a tight timeline and our service was amazing. She was so friendly and quick! Our food was so good and the place has a great atmosphere. We would come back for sure!!

   Food and service were great but it was uncomfortably cold. Server let it slip that the manager wanted to keep a door open and it made the entire bar cold. We ended up leaving because it was so cold in the establishment, and heading to the bar next door. Otherwise we would have stayed all night.

   They confirmed they have a big screen for watching the Euro final, but it was a lie. Just bunch of 40” TVs that you barely could watch the game. The waitress who served us did not even bring us some water to drink (they usually serve water on the table). No cutleries for the table. Not recommended to anyone.

   Fries portion with burger was pretty small comparing… and otherwise regular tasting, so only 3* for this. also had rigatoni and a yuzu salad. Latter was great, however the chicken again fairly small. Service was nice, but forgot the starter completely without even noticing or mentioning. As the main had already arrived we decided not to insist. On the positive side, the ambience is lovely and the food came fast, and even the soft refills without even asking. So overall a 4*

   Always love this location! The staff are so friendly and service is always quick and seamless. They were willing to accommodate a very large group of us last minute for a work lunch which made our day so special.

   Went for happy hour on the patio. Drinks on special were okay. Service was not the greatest. Ordered some food items and had they seem to forget about it until you ask an hour later. Wouldn't come back

   Service yesterday was quite sad so it is my assumption that they were understaffed. Told we could sit wherever, totally fine. A girl who I assume was a hostess would drop off waters then run away. It’s not like “ hey, just so you are aware we are under staffed, your server will get to you shortly sorry for any wait times” so like 10 minutes later we get a server we decided to order everything then because looking at the people across from us they were facing the same wait time. Food came before the drinks did, and the fries didn’t come with a condiment so we asked the hostess grabbed us one but like instead of just placing it on the table shoved it right into the fries.. thought it was weird for her to think I will take what my hands just touched and place it into their food I would be okay just placed on the table. I saw a male manager honestly doing the most on the floor so props to him keeping things going! But the table right beside us I think waited 20 Minutes for a server, but instead our server looked at them said I will go find you a server then walked to the bar then picked up her drink and laughed with another girl and checked her phone.. the couple next to us I believe also saw this and just left visually seeing that she could have taken an order from them then found Someone to take over. The food quality wasn’t that great, we normally get the same thing each time we go and it’s had always been the same quality this time it was very sad, server when coming to take our payment was just in a carefree mood. The place wasn’t very busy, but I can understand being for staffed.. but this was servers hostesses who just could care less type of day. Sorry to the supervisor who had to pick up their slack. Next time hopefully it’s back to normal!

   Great service, amazing food and drinks recommend the smoked burger, tops ! Drinks were fabulous as was our server. We will come again

    Made reservations a month ago as we had friends coming into town. Was called a couple hours prior to our reservation and advised there was a private function and our reservation could be moved to a sister location or after the private event. We moved the reservation to the much later time and were seated right away. Service was horrible. Our first drink order took 30 mins and the second was no better. We ordered chips and guac three times but never got it. It was not busy at all since the private function ended at 9:30pm so it was very frustrating to have our guests have that as their Calgary experience.
