A truly unique dining and cocktail experience nestled below the main level of the historic Pershing Square Building, in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Mrs. Fish is a subterranean Japanese restaurant lounge providing the perfect gathering place for after-work libations, pre-theater bites or full dining experiences.

*Walk-ins after 10:45pm must be 21+ with ID
*Valet Parking is offered Tuesday – Saturday for $13.00 Cash, $14 Credit Card.
*Our Dress Code is Upscale Casual preferred. Presentable shirts, jeans, or shorts are acceptable.
*We advise guests to arrive at the time of reservation to Check-in for table. We have a 15 minute grace period if guests are running late.
The restaurant charges a 20% auto-gratuity on all food and beverage items for parties and groups of 6 or larger. The full amount of the gratuity is distributed to employees in the chain of service to the guests.

The restaurant is lovely. Such a beautiful establishment. The food was delectable especially the steam clams….. My only complaint is the dress code policy. Don’t enforce a dress code policy if you are not going to enforce it. Women wearing biker shorts and heels to your establishment is a disgrace a low grade. I saw so many half naked women dressed so distasteful that it was sad. The person that confirmed my reservation stressed the dress code. Men wearing sneakers. If you have an upscale restaurant keep it classy. I was disappointed about that.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary. Everyone from rhe person who greeted us at the door to our server were very nice and professional. The service was excellent. The food was also great, highly recommend the melt in your mouth cod. Drinks were all excellent as well.

Mrs Fish was so amazing! The service to the food to the drinks were all amazing! My boyfriend and I got baked crab roll, shrimp skewer, baked cod, uni pasta, scallop nigiri, and four different drinks. We loved everything that we ate! The fish tank was really nice to look at too! All the servers, bartender, and hosts were alls so very friendly. We cant wait to come back next time!

My first time there but my birthday! I feel like to give you an hour and a half limit at a table felt a little rushed. Because by the time you got your food ate at a conversation it was a little bit over there an hour and a half. Overall the restaurant was very nice.

The service was extremely slow. Our food came out before our drinks and the waiter had no sense of urgency. Will not dine here again.

I was looking for a fun place to go to before heading over to American Idiot show nearby. Mrs Fish was the perfect ambiance to kick off my pre birthday celebration weekend! Everyone was friendly: valet attendant ($14), host and server. My friend and I ordered app and 4 dishes to share. Every one of them was delish. The only disappointment was the sashimi which was sliced paper thin. I'm a sushi snob and expected it to be thicker. The Rock Shrimp Skewer could have been fried a bit longer however the flavors were good. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed the Seared Tuna Crispy Rice & Vegetable Fried Rice with sunny side up eggs. Our server surprised us with a birthday dessert with a candle (old fashioned vanilla ice cream topped with cocoa nibs & fresh fruit) The 25,000 gal fish tank and pop culture art throughout was the cherry on top. We'd go back!

Our reservation was at 5pm. We were repeatedly told that our reservation would be for 90 minutes to allow for another customer. We arrived at 4:50pm. During our 1 hour 40 minute dinner we had three servers. Our appetizers came out before our bottle of wine. It took 20 minutes for the wine to come out. The servers would disappear without a word we could not order any more food and then we’d have to flag down a server, who unbeknownst to us was our new server. The food is overrated. This is our second time there and we were reminded why we didn’t like it. There’s not much fish in the dishes. You’d think the sushi would be spectacular, but it’s not. I will not go back to Mrs. Fish.

We ordered from the Prix Fixe menu...nice variety of choice and Yummy! We were there for our Anniversary and were surprised w/a treat at the end of our courses :)
