   The server Ryan was so hospitable and patient with all 7 of us. He really made the effort to go through the cocktail menu with us and try to curtail our palettes to the cofktails he recommended! The cocktails were alright but it almost felt like we were in disneyland!

   Our expectations were not too high considering it is a theme restaurant. However, both the food and service were excellent. The cocktail menu has very original and interesting creations, and whatever we tried was excellent. The food menu looks small and simple, but every dish bursts with flavor and is delicious. The waiter was very professional, but friendly and helped us in navigating the menu.

   We had an absolutely amazing time at mothership. We felt like we were in another world being served such expertly crafted cocktails with just as much detail and care as the interior of the restaurant. Alfred was so knowledgeable about the restaurant, drinks & food. He made our time there so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back.

   I feel for the employees who have to listen to that wretched soundtrack on repeat all night long!?! It’s called “Mothership”. Play Parliament, electro-boogie, upbeat space synth (daft punk, moroder, Kraftwerk, etc…) instead of that mediocre homemade VST noodling. It’s a 90-minute limit seating, we were over it at 60. Goofy “episode” involving steam and alarms and employees saying “backup generator” and other WTF-is-this, a-Disneyland-ride?! type utterances. That’s not an experience, it’s corny A.F.!?! But, I get it. Tiki is hot again, especially themed, so it was packed and with a line outside and nobody over 30. Drinks were fine but nothing that warranted sitting through all that ever again. Bartender/mixologist and the other staff that we engaged with were SUPER friendly. This app forces star participation across the board. We didn’t have food. Could be 5-stars?

   Love the commitment to the theme. Great drinks, wouldn’t really recommend eating here. Overall great experience-ask about the short circuit!

    The decor is top notch and there are infinite things to look at! You can really tell a lot of love and thought went into creating this space. The drinks were pretty tasty, although at my table we only had one each. The food was sadly not the best (we got the Bao, pancake and tofu). Everyone at my table disliked the texture of the 'pancake' and left most of it to go to waste, while the Bao and tofu were just okay. The prices are also steep for what you're getting. I'd recommend they focus on tastier appetizers that go well alongside cocktails. There was almost too much flavour going on, which pulled away from the drinks. I'd visit again if I was in the area though to try out other drinks and enjoy the aesthetic!
