Our reservation was waiting for us right on time. We were greeted by a very energetic young lady and were served promptly by another young lady. We were a table of four with split bills. I was the only person to take advantage of the "All You Can Eat Rib Special". Two of the othes had the full racks only and one other had the Chicken Fajitas. Service was prompt, hot and as ordered. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered and were full enought that they had to take pat of their main courses home. I was a little piggish and had my ribs replenished a few times. I, we, would recommend Montana's on Ottowa in Kitchener at any time. Everytime we have gone there we have not been disappointed. We will be going back soon!War diese Bewertung hilfreich?

Poor cooking of our food, they overcooked it, a well cooked steak was overcooked for over 20 minutes. Delay in ordering even though the restaurant was almost empty, there were only a few tables in use at the time. I paid a high price for overcooked food. It was enjoyable as we had a small group of family. Server did well and ensured that our drink orders were taken. Had some apps to start were decent (antijito's & spinach dip). Antijito's were good but not hot. The wings were very good. Both burgers were very good. The 2 Chicken dinners, the sauce was not hot so I ended scraping off's most of the sauce. The mashed potatoes tasted more like the boxed ones not real whipped potatoes (which are much better). A bit slow on removing dirty dishes/empty glasses but manager on duty ended up helping them and he removed them.War diese Bewertung hilfreich?

Wife had the chicken burrito bowl and the mini donuts dessert; and pink lemonade She was fully pleased with all items. I had the fish & chips with cheesecake dessert, and rye & coke. The fish & chips were good, but i have had better at competitors lately. Also the extra charge for a second piece was too high compared to others as well. The cheesecake was great .. no complaints. everything was great but I asked for a medium rare steak and got almost over done. I don`t ask for a new steak because it takes time to re cook and my partner would have to wait Would be nice to get right the first time. Last time two times ago ,it was the server. Questioning if I should go back to your restaurant. I have not yet had a problem at the Cambridge location. May probably will go back there.War diese Bewertung hilfreich?
