The young lady that met us at the door scared the hell out of me, as she hadn't noticed the reservation until a few minutes prior to our arrival. However, the manager, as usual, was on the ball. Christie had seen the reservation earlier in the day and made sure that we had a table out of the way of kitchen traffic and just close enough to the bar that our glasses were seldom empty. I read in the reviews that the app booking is probably a permanent issue. So was my experience. Booked a table for dinner for my entire family after a whole day of activities in the resort. 10 min. before the booked time, we come in just to learn that the kitchen is closing in 10 min. (9pm) and we have to make an order within 5 min. so they make an exception and cook for us. And then our time limit would be 45 min. (not clear incl. the wait or after serving). We left and ended up having some fast food in the hotel room... I gave 1 star to everything except service as there was no option to skip irrelevant items.
