Excellent and friendly service, tasty margs, good food. Best black beans we’ve ever tried, good chips n salsa, mashed cauliflower with the chicken dish was delicious.

Excellent food! Not your typical Hispanic food. Loved the deep fried avocados, beet salad, and the shrimp enchiladas. Our server was excellent, split everything between the two of us without an extra charge. Nice time of the evening to go at 8 PM when it’s quiet.

Very good food and attentive service. Prices are high, but undoubtedly so is the rent in their fashionable location. Drinks were tasty but the glass was 70% solid ice, which made the $20 for a Cadillac Margarita (maybe 5 ounces of liquid, if I'm being generous) seem a little out of line. Still worth a trip for elevated Mexican food - this is a long way from tacos and burritos.

We went to Mole with friends to celebrate our riding the Tour de Palm Springs. We chose Mole for its great food and impeccable service in the past. Not this time, unfortunately. We waited about 10 minutes after sitting down for water, another 10 min for a waiter to materialize. My red sangria was sour, cloudy, and had no fruit but a junk of ice. My husband never got his Arnold Palmer. Our waiter was MIA for the most part. I sent back my drink but received no apology nor was I asked whether I wanted a different drink. Very disappointing experience.

We had a fabulous dinner on Saturday night. Matthew was our waiter and he was attentive and made great food and wine suggestions. We highly recommend Mole and will be back in the near future. Thanks for a great evening.
