    Went on Thanksgiving expecting a fantastic dinner, instead I got ignored, the steak was cold and flavorless! Save the money.. don’t go!!!

    I love the experience at this restaurant everyone was professional starting from waiters to management the food was very delicious and the prices are reasonable

    Compared to the other trendy restaurants in the area, this one fell flat. We had a 7pm reservation and the restaurant was about 30% full when we arrived. We were seated and then waited about 7 minutes before being greeted by a staff member. After being greeted, we were asked if we were ready to order. There was no explanation of the menu or recommendations. My wife and I both ordered the filet, a salad, and a cocktail. The cocktail was excellent. We waited about 25 minutes for the salad to arrive and were not visited by a staff member in between. We waited another 30 minutes for the main course to arrive. Again, no staff members visited in between. The filet was very tough and undercooked. (Basically seared). We both ordered medium. Not good. I would’ve sent it back, but no one ever came back to check on us. After another 20 minutes, I flagged someone over to get the check. They asked if we wanted dessert and I laughed, as I didn’t even eat the steak. After another 7 minute wait someone came back to take our credit card payment. Overall, it was awful. It’s very disappointing because it’s in a great location.

    This was our first time to Mochomos and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious and service was spectacular!

    Our experience at Mochomos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was superior—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Each dish presented layers of flavor that were as beautifully complex as they were delicious. The setting itself was stunning, with views that truly enhanced the dining experience. This was, without a doubt, the best meal of our entire vacation. If you’re in Cancun, this is one spot you absolutely don’t want to miss!

    What a great new hotspot here in Cancun!! And we had an excellent night with exceptional service from Alexis and Penaloza. The menu has many many options so it was perfect for our party of 4 to explore. We enjoyed appetizers like the Bunuelos de Camaron shrimp, tuna tartare and the Piedre Caliente beef prepared on a hot stone at your table. The octopus entree was amazing along with the bone-in Pork Tomahawk. As I said, there is a lot to love about their menu. Our evening was complete with a variety of creative cocktails and their manager Carlos was a gracious host. So if you want stellar ambience, delicious food and outstanding service then this is the place for you. We'll be back before our trip ends for sure:)
