The decor was nice but nothing special. Our server was friendly but service itself was incredibly slow! Waited to receive our very expensive cocktails (small but tasty) for almost 20 minutes. Had to track someone down to pay our bill. Just wasn't the pop-up bar experience I was looking for.

Unfortunately they did not decorate it as a Miracle Bar as in the past and as depicted at their website. Last year it was magical, this year was a Christmas tree and some wrapping paper taped up on the walls-very disappointing. They were short staffed, we had one waitress for the room that was supposed to be the "Miracle Bar", she had close to 9 tables in this room plus was serving tables in the regular restaurant. there were at least 50 people just in the Miracle Bar room. So very slow service. The staff all were very nice. Again, a real disappointment, especially since we had built the experience we had last year up to our out of town guests that were with us.

This is our second year coming here and it’s always a fun vibe. We weren’t aware of the time limit and a staff member who was not our waitress informed us of the time limit 30 minutes before we were supposed to leave and we had just ordered food and a drink. She then came back and told us the party after us had arrived while we waited for the things we’d purchased, as if that was our problem. Just not great service from her. Our waitress was lovely and didn’t rush us at all but the other lady could learn a thing or two about customer service, especially at the holidays. Probably won’t be back just because of her.

Had originally planned to go somewhere else but decided to go to The Eddy instead. So glad we did! A fun night with great food and service.

We attended the Miracle Bar Christmas pop-up bar in the Eddy Hotel lobby bar/taproom. Food was excellent and drinks were good. We were never rushed like we have been when enjoying the event in other locations. All the severs were busy and working hard but efficiently to fulfill everyone’s orders with a friendly attitude! While the Eddy was not as highly Christmas kitsch decorated as other locations we’ve been, it was relaxed and comfortable, and we recommend the Eddy in general for year round stays.

Loved this experience!! Definitely a must! Very unique and cute! Absolutely LOVED how the specialty drinks came in a specialty themed glass! Staff was absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and personable, made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in to the moment we departed. Excellent experience.

Was a bit bummed when we walked in and the miracle bar was no longer hosted in that back room but rather the whole restaurant. While I understand it’s extremely popular and can sit more people, when it was hosted in the small room it truly felt magical. Our waitress Flower was wonderful though and we are grateful for that.
