Miracle at Waterside was extremely underwhelming. There's a $10 cover charge for each person that enters, which I could get behind if the rest of the experience was good. The drinks are between $13-$15 and are very small. Food menu is limited to appetizers, which made sense, but additionally a little pricey. What got us the most were the prices of the drinks and the size. Additionally, OpenTable had time slots open for times that Miracle didn't even have open. The overall experience was just disappointing and underwhelming. They do a really good job marketing online, but it was made out to be something more than what it was. For the price point, I'd save your time and go elsewhere. The little photo area was cute, but not $30 for one drink and your cover charge cute.

This was way over hyped. Drinks aren’t good. Didn’t try the 5 or 6 items on the menu because they were appetizers that didn’t seem appealing. Server was nice but I won’t be back.

Great idea and decorated nicely, but the high priced five item menu selection and cocktails quite frankly sucked and the food was not that great. One and done for this experience. Not at all what we expected. Merry Christmas!!

Arrived before reserved time and wasn't seated until 10 minutes after. The server missed multiple orders. The buffalo chicken dip taste like popcorn and had very little to no chicken. Also tried the turkey sandwiches, which was stale. Halfway through our reservation, noticed we didn't receive our decoration kit, which the server brought after requesting it. The drinks were good and the decorations were festive! I wouldn't go again.

You go there for the experience and the ambience with the people that accompanies you. It’s a great picture setting. Food was okay, its appetizers to just much, drinks were good with the fun mugs it comes with. You can do crafts while there which was a nice touch. Service was okay, I know it was busy but even though some items were missed, other staff helped to make it right. We had fun regardless, again go for the fun experience

Such a great Holiday experience! We sat at the bar and had the best waiter named Jess. Cocktails were delicious and of course loved all the Christmas glasses. I bought one to take home too! Very well decorated with a lot of fun places to take photos. We want to make this a yearly tradition!

The food was good and we didn’t have to wait long for it to come out. All of the decorations and Christmas lights made it very festive and gave a nice ambiance.

Miracle at Waterside was good experience. The whole room was decorated and brought the Christmas spirit with photo opportunities. However this event seemed very unorganized. We waited about 20 minutes just to be served our drinks. We had to ask two separate employees for the extra ornament painting option that we paid for and then it was finally brought to us. The kit only came with one brush even though there was 4 of us so we had to buy more kits to have enough paint brushes so we could all paint at the same time which was unfortunate. Definitely expected more from the whole experience for the price.
