The primi course offers pasta, like Ravioli with braised duck and truffles; Tortellini in Brodo with veal, pork, prosciutto, and Parmigiano; and Mafalde with porcini ragu, kale, and herbs. For secondi, choose Brasato, with braised short ribs, polenta, and roasted vegetables in Nebbiolo sauce; Salmone, Ora King salmon with fregola sarda, clams, and brodetto; or Risotto with Maine lobster.
