London's plant-based pioneers, the first Mildreds opened in Greek Street, Soho, in 1988, and has since moved over to Lexington Street.

Mildreds is all about fresh, colourful vegan food that’s vibrant and full of flavours. It's six London restaurants, each with their own unique style and personality, offer laid-back and friendly service in a lively atmosphere.

Often surprising and seducing hardened carnivores and with all of their dishes vegan and many gluten free, Mildreds offers a warm welcome to all. Signature dishes include kimchi bokkeumbap, Mushroom ale pot pie, kiri hodi and korean fried chick+n burger.

Located in a townhouse in the heart of Soho, the recently refurbished Mildreds is spread over 3 floors and offers a stylish private dining space for 10 - 26 people

You’ll find our cosy, intimate private dining room on the second floor. The dark panels, artwork and quirky character provide a space which feels like you’re in the heart of Soho. The room transitions from a modern dining space during the day to an intimate candlelit hideaway away in the evening, where you can enjoy our classic cocktails accompanied by our seasonal, 100% plant-based menu. Minimum spend: £600 for lunch. Please note that we require a deposit to secure the booking, fully refundable if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Any decorations brought to Mildreds will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately by the organiser after the event.

Food was delicious - I had the Korean chick’n burger, and the butter rum sticky toffee for dessert & I can highly recommend. The staff were friendly and attentive, food came out quickly & the atmosphere was great.

Another amazing meal at Mildreds. I went for this months Tofu Steak salad which was delicious! The kimchi bokkeumbap is still my absolute favourite, with patatas bravas to start. Amazing service with a smile as always. Fabulous ambience and, as always, amazing flavoursome food. Toilets need some coat hooks on the doors please :)

I have been coming to Mildred's for over 25 years and work 2 minutes from it. The food is terrific and even better than ever and while the service is mostly good I wasn't made to feel very welcome on arrival. I walked into the restaurant and was officiously told I was waiting in the wrong place. It was just a really unfriendly start to the evening and the tone taken was completely unneccessary. Please do better.

The tasting menu was well constructed - interesting variation of tastes & textures. Charming staff. The wholeexperience was very enjoyable

Great food, great service, great value. Only knocked off one star as we were seated under the air vent which kicks out cold air for the heating. So just don’t sit there unless you like it cool! Excellent and will be back soon

Such a warm, genuine welcome into a cozy and inviting 'classic' Soho restaurant. An outstanding selection of mouth-watering small plates along with a lovely Tempenarillo wine provided a culinary feast (and one of us is a Carnivore)! A lovely evening with such attentive staff. We will return!

Had a good experience. Food, ambience and service all good. However, we found the food on the salty side. We had similar experience last time in another Mildreds. The food was again over seasoned which killed the original flavour of the ingredients.

Really lovely staff which greeted me with a warm welcome. They gave great service and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend for vegans and non vegans and can’t wait to go again and try more of the menu. The portion sizes were also generous which was great and hard to come by these days.
