Migaku specializes in authentic Japanese “Sushi” and “Kaiseki” cuisine, served in the traditional “Omakase” style. Grand Opening on December 23rd 2024 in Seattle, WA, by a Japanese chef, Migaku has quickly distinguished itself in the culinary world.
Chef Migaku Inaba is renowned for his profound dedication to the art of Japanese cuisine. His culinary journey began in the picturesque settings of Shizuoka, where he was deeply influenced by the rich natural resources and the culinary heritage of the region. After honing his skills at the esteemed hotel Kiyomizu, Chef Inaba received the prestigious “Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Award,” a testament to his skill and innovation in the kitchen.     Delicious, playful, innovative, flavorful, and beautiful food prepared with great skill. This is one of the best sushi/sashimi meals I have ever had. The king salmon sashimi had incredibly delicate flavors and was so tender it felt like butter. I will be back and will be recommending Migaku to all of my friends.

    I love going to omakase experiences and this one didn’t disappoint. There was so much food and the quality was great for the price. My brother and I got the mid-priced menu set and were very satisfied with it. My brother is a foodie and gives this place a 9.85 out of 10 and I agree wholeheartedly. Please support this new business and try it out! Btw the parking was a bit difficult but just go into the residential area if you can’t find any!

    A great little place that clearly cares about their food and customers. I loved the sushi - they had all the traditional must haves (tamago, toro, etc) but were also playful with the menu (monkfish liver!). The courses all tasted great, and were served with care.

    Very traditional Japanese restaurant. The owner and head chef handmade each of our nigiri. Amazing experience.
