Great service. Brisket came out a little cold. But it had good flavor and texture. Needed a little more sauce for the Seabass.

Well, I wish our review was better, but to be honest, it never even got off the ground. We booked a reservation for brunch the day prior (and had to give a credit card number to make a reservation for brunch?). We stayed at the GB the night before and were really excited about brunch. When we arrived, the place wasn't busy at all - the host took us to a table for 2 seated right beside a table of 6 ladies (who appeared to always have also just been sat) and told us the waitress's name (which is why we knew who should have been serving us). The waitress was all over this table of 6 but didn't give us a 2nd glance. She took their drink order, walked by us, came back and delivered their drinks, walked by us again, then took their order and walked by us again. We tried to get her attention, but clearly she was focused on this one table and had no ability to juggle between their table and ours. We waited for about 15 minutes until we decided to leave. On our way out the host asked us if everything was ok and we explained to him that the name he gave us literally walked by us multiple times and never acknowledged us. To add insult to injury, it seems there are some 'pricing games' going on here, so pay attention. They serve breakfast until 11am and then it switched to brunch. We were given both a breakfast and a brunch menu, and there are 100% exactly some of the same things (name/description, etc.) on both menus, but the prices all go up by $3 at brunch - pay attention to the 'Uptown Waffle' and other things - you can review all of this on their website and clearly see these prices increases for the exact same items. Why would that be? Why at 11am when they switch to 'brunch' does a waffle that was $16 at 10:59 now cost $19 at 11am? Silly... and if the service that comes with a $16 (or $19) waffle is what we experienced, then my money is better served elsewhere. I'm sure it's a great place to eat and it's convenient to hotel guests, but good luck!

The food and drinks were great, it was a bit more noise than I expected but that’s understandable as it was valentines night. Our server Kallie was great very personal and informative about the menu!

The ribeye was perfect and the seafood catch of the day was outstanding. Our server, Tanner, was attentive and gave excellent advice on the menu. All around it was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.

The Octopus Salad appetizer was out of this world! And the Chocolate Bread Pudding Dessert was awesome! Our waiter - shout out to Juan - was just the right blend of there when you need him but non-intrusive. Will definitely be back.

I had slept on this place for a while because the menu never looked that appealing to me; but I had been for the drinks and decided to take a chance. Went on a lady date with a girlfriend it exceeded our expectations. we had the grand seafood board and it was delicious and very filling. We shared the lamb with the croquettes and we were melting into our chairs. Vibes and drinks were also immaculate. Will definitely be back!

Not overly impressed with the food for the price. Sides selection was arguably better than main entree selection. In the end i would say everything was satisfactory but not a place i would return to.
