Had a blast there with my wife!!!! Bassel and all the crew were wonderful. Dj was on point as well.

The food they served was cold and did not taste right, in the food did not seem freshly cooked and this applied to starters and our mains. The service was appalling because apart from the lady at reception, all other staff were not even attentive to customers even when we were waving for their attention. We decided to skip dessert due to the starters and mains being poor coupled with the poor service. Our bill was £175 ish including service charge (12.5%) but the food was not worth the value. We will not go back to this restaurant nor intend to recommend it to people we know. Sorry for the poor feedback but the restaurant ruined our Christmas Eve dinner.

Firstly, I had put on the reservation that it was our anniversary dinner. Upon arriving at the top, we were told our reservation was double booked and that they would sit us on the OUTDOOR patio ?? Given it was our anniversary we did not want to sit in the cold and asked for them to figure it out. We were seated at THE BAR FOR DINNER while being advised they will provide a table for us. Mind you this reservation was made weeks in advance as im from a different country. The manager and hostess were rude and frankly unprofessional. For an expensive place I would expect even meager customer service skills. Going on .. after being seated on the bar … we decided to just sit on the outdoor patio.. which get this .. they advised us we MUST buy a shisha. When in London right ?? So as to not completely try and run our dinner we said whatever and said we’ll do it. The shisha is at minimum 50 pounds. I should also mention the fact that it looks like a 70’d strip club that god forsaken patio set up. Our server was horrid…. Not just one … but every single one. After sitting on this patio in the cold … the hostess comes by and throws plastic rose petals on our table saying HAPPY ANNIVERSARY .. like you’re just joking now right ????? Show some god damn respect. Now .. SURELY just surely … the food has to be good right ??? Oh let me tell you.. every single thing we ordered I wouldn’t feed to a bull frog , a raccoon would probably spit this food out, a hog would push the plate away. How these guys stay in business I genuinely have no idea. If you want to have a good time out for the money you are spending.. go anywhere else. This place sucks, go to McDonald’s and get yourself a fillet o fish combo spare yourself the trauma of this dog water establishment.

We visited Mezemiso for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and from beginning to end, we truly enjoyed the experience.It was a wonderful evening—the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, and very friendly.The food was delicious, and the cocktails were the best I’ve had in my 11 years living in London.The ambiance was fantastic, and the belly dancer, musician, and DJ were outstanding.On top of that, they made my husband’s birthday extra special by surprising us with a “Happy Birthday” song, involving all the staff and music.It was an incredibly memorable experience, and we both left very happy.

Nice rooftop restaurant, loved looking at the view of London during dinner. I really enjoyed the entertainment and the food was delicious. Friendly service, however it was quite slow as we had to wait a while for someone to take our order. Also, I think the shisha could be less expensive.

Its a very lovely place with every friendly and welcoming staff. The service was great, the Dj catered for everyone in her music selection. Beautiful ❤️

We recently celebrated my boyfriend's birthday at Mezemiso Restaurant, and it was a really good experience. The entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome, with a special shoutout to Amad Saad, who served us throughout the evening and went above and beyond to make our night special. The view from our table was breathtaking, the cocktails were exceptional, and the food was good. We are so grateful for the love and care from the staff. Highly recommend Mezemiso for anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience with excellent service and a stunning view.

Mezemiso. A place that has tremendous potential yet scoop so low. It’s such simple things this restaurant can do to make it worth going too and paying for. AIR CONDITIONING. Outside on the terrace they have cheap fans that do nothing on really hot days. It’s like entering a sauna. For the price you pay PLUS you MUST buy a cigar or Shisha to be outside AT least make it enjoyable. I have no problem paying whatever the amount if it’s actually worth it. How is it you have to pay more to be outside yet you don’t get the same value as being inside ( Which is Cheaper ) Secondly. The Short Ribs. What a disappointment. TRULY because I was expecting super succulent, soft and flavour ribs yet I got a bunch of chewy and flavourless meat. I could’ve get better ribs from Sainsbury’s seriously. I finished it because I can’t stand wasting food but I did not enjoy that at all. Pair that alongside being incredibly hot due to no AC at all. It was a really uncomfortable experience. I’ve been going to this place for a while so this was a huge disappointment and I won’t be going Back again unfortunately. I hope the business well. Staff was nice.
