Wir waren durchweg zufrieden. Klar könnte man hier und da noch was besser machen aber das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne wieder aber diesmal ohne diese crispy chicken. Ich verbrenn mir nicht nochmal die Zunge 😀

The food itself was quality and didn't take too long to arrive. The restaurant is part of a bowling alley so there is some noise and it is dimly lit, which was not a problem for me. However, I was charged an optional 12.5% service charge just for me as a single diner, this added on about £4 to the bill, which was automatically entered in the card reader for my contactless payment. I was given a bill to check but just quickly checked the food items, I felt slightly pressured into paying. I feel that parties under 4 should not be presented a service charge, but to enter it into the card reader without asking me when it is suppose to be optional was naughty. For this I wouldn't recommend eating here and to go elsewhere.

Hello there, I hope you are doing well. Great to hear you liked the food - quality is a top priority for us! As you mentioned, the 12,5% of service charge is an option and it states on the bill 'If the service hasn't been up to scratch please don't hesitate to ask for to be removed'. We don't see why we should charge for the service on only parties over 4 people if everyone gets the same - great - service. I'm sorry if you felt pressured, surely it was not our intention. The concept of the restaurant was amazing, but the food wasn't the best we have eaten and very small portions for the price. I had a chicken parma and it was nothing like I had expected. A greasy bit of fried chicken with a huge wedge of breaded cheese with a teaspoon of marinara sauce in a tiny stodgy bun. Not worth the money and the salt and pepper chip portion was again on the small side.

Really good. Teenage boys enjoyed. Wish it was a bit clearer online about under 18s needing to vacate by 8pm but can let it slide as it was a fantastic burger and great service!

It was my birthday on Mother's Day, so it was busy but the staff had time for us and made it a joyous day. The food service was fast and tasty. 17 of us were on the high tables at the back of the bowling side of the restaurant and it was spacious with an okay noise level. The music selection was great too.

Prices of wines on the drink list are not what is charged and when challenged we were told that's just the way it is. When we then said we wouldn't pay the service charge because of it the waitress refused to talk to us. Arcade is very old and run down.

We had an issue with the three burgers we ordered (the fries and wings were great). The buns on the burgers were cold to the touch and we told the waiter who immediately took it away. The manager came by to say they tested the temperature and it was ok but they would make new burgers. We explained that the burger meat and fillings were hot but the buns were cold. The new burgers came and the results were the same - the buns particularly the bottom bun were cold, not even room temperature. We were too weary and hungry to bring this up again and just ate it. The manager came by to ask how it was and we told her it was just the same as before. She took it off the bill but what promised to be a pleasant meal was ruined. Note our usual Meatliquor is in Northcote Road and we have not had this issue before. Sorry, but the kitchen let us down
