I had guests visiting who wanted to watch football. We went on a Saturday evening and could not even talk to each other over the EXCESSIVELY loud volume of the game. Our appetizer was greasy, our salads were brown, the chicken was dry. I’ve been to your other locations and found it to be a nice upscale sports bar vibe. Not the midtown location. Really disappointing.

McCray's is always good, and the chopped salad with salmon is my favorite; it is always scrumptious! My friend had never been to McCray's, and she enjoyed it as well.

Waiter accused one of my associates of having the card she lost personally, went through all of the arguing and even the manager swearing up and down that they may have accidentally gave someone at our table 2 cards , we finally cancelled the card and blocked it because they had obviously misplaced the card. 15 minutes after we left and were outside waiting for everyone’s Uber the Manager comes up to me not an apology or anything hands the card saying they found it and I explained to him that she had already locked the card and his response was “tell her to unlock it “ SAD I had previously bragged on this place before hence to why I chose it to celebrate my birthday however this was a terrible experience and it was quite embarrassing.

In my 45 years on this earth, I’ve never had such horrible service! She approached the table with an attitude, she brought half of our apps out and yelled at us when we inquired about the other apps, 45 mins later. She never got us refills on our drinks, so when at the bar buying drinks for the table, I overheard her talking bad about us to the bartender. When I told her this was all a lie, she started yelling at me in front of everyone. The bartender even told her to stop! The manager came over to console her and when she got back to the table she blamed it all on the bartender. I went to the bar several times to purchase drinks and the bartender was awesome! She was busy! And remained pleasant! When the manger came to our table to apologize he just kept making excuses for her vs. listening to what all we had endured that evening. I have been a server and a bartender and currently work in hospitality, so I know the struggles of her job, but YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS! PERIOD! I was embarrassed for choosing this spot for our group to dine! I will say that the food was good, as always! And the bartender was AWESOME!

Great place. Went with a group of 8. Everyone enjoyed it and everyone enjoyed what they ordered! Great tavern with great food and service. Would definitely go again.

This was my family's 2nd time as we did enjoy it the 1st time around. I enjoyed the spinach and artichoke, but the 12oz steak was way below what I expected. It came cold and had no taste at all. I sent it back and ordered the wings to be safe, that too was cold. This time was below the experience we had the first time around. Don't think I'll be returning.
