Chefkoch Cameron Ingle (berühmt aus dem Bouchon Bistro und dem Bestia) arbeitet ausschließlich mit besten lokalen Zutaten. Sehr leckere selbstgemachte Pasta, aber auch die Vorspeise (Wir hatten Foccaica) war wirklich sehr gut. Top Service, sehr aufmerksam und auch hat auch die angebotenen Speisen wurden sehr gut erklärt. Einziger Abzug beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da die Secondi Portionen eher übersichtlich waren. Aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch sehr zu empfehlen!

I ate here about a year ago and loved it!!!! The food was amazing, the desserts were incredible! Even the leftover bag was beautiful. This visit was absolutely opposite of that! None of the food was the same. Even the focaccia bread and its spreads. The server didn’t check on us, wasn’t welcoming, kind of was a very awkward experience. When I’d ask a question it was very absent minded and kind of made me feel dumb for asking questions about the menu item or what the menu has changed drastically. The menu on OpenTable and the menu in the restaurant are not the same. They say they change the menu every 2-3 months. I drove all the way there for the lemon custard and deconstructed tiramisu. And they didn’t have either of them on the menu anymore. They now have “tiramisu cream puff balls”. But those were absolutely terrible and I had to send them back to the kitchen. I love coffee but these were absolutely bitter no sweetness in the coffee dusting over powered any of the cream. The short rib pasta is not what it looks like in any of the pictures. And my mother got the beef Bolognese pasta, which was severely over salted. I wish I would’ve sent the whole meal back to the kitchen. Overall, this dining experience was severely disappointing. Safe to say, I won’t be making the long drive from Irvine to dine at the restaurant again.

This was a very expensive experience for food that had absolutely zero flavor. Very disappointed and I had brought a good friend for a celebration! The waiter was very sweet, but obviously had too many tables as wanted to drink our champagne with our food so we had to wait quite a bit! Unfortunately, won’t be going back but definitely the restaurant is beautiful.

We went for dinner with another couple we love everything the place is beautiful super clean the service amazing and the food was delicious I have a beet salad was amazing so different the main dish I have the chicken is delicious the sauce is yummy and the dessert was fantastic a Nona cake I will definitely recommend this restaurant

Our family dined here and found the experience underwhelming. The menu is limited, and nothing stood out. We tried the whole fish, which had a lot of bones, making it difficult to eat—especially in the dim lighting. The short rib pasta was good but a bit salty. For dessert, we ordered the donuts, which had a burnt taste, possibly from the oil or cooking method. I mentioned it to the waiter, who said he would inform the chef but still left it on the bill. Overall, this was a one-and-done experience for us.
