   I don’t understand how there can be so many good reviews. This place was really bad. Th soon redeeming thing was the chicken and waffles. The calamari was way too overtired and greasy. The pizza was total mush, you couldn’t even lift a piece without it falling apart. They were out of a dish and we didn’t know until everyone’s food arrived. The ceasar salad was the same you’d find in a hospital cafeteria. It didn’t look anything like the photos. Our drinks were never refilled. Nobody checked on us at all. This is a glorified Applebees with a big name behind it. I hope he knows they are ruining his name.

   We had such a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday at this lovely spot! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The best part of the night was definitely the delicious food and drinks. My shrimp and grits were bursting with flavor, and the Lychee Martini was the perfect mix of sweetness and smoothness with just the right kick. My family and I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another great meal here!

   We booked a Valentine's Day dinner. Both a special pre-fixe and the full regular menu were available. My son has spaghetti (with butter) and he ate the whole bowl. They gave a meatball on the side with sauce and it was excellent. My wife had the pre-fixe with mozzarella salad, lobster and shrimp, and peach cobbler everything was excellent. I was also surprised at the amount of food given. I had the fried calamari, chicken and waffles, onion rings, and sorbet. Everything was perfect. Brought half of the chicken and waffle home because of the amount of food. If I ever came back, I would get it again. It was really good. Our waitress seemed new. It took her a while for everything and she didn't check on drink refills. Bottom line is that the food is very tasty. Everything was well seasoned. The portions were plentiful. Atmosphere was fun and vibrant. Prices were a little high- more like a restaurant in NYC versus a mall. I would definitely come back here again.

   I have never had a meal at a Marcus Samuelsson restaurant that was not outstanding and this continued that experience. In the middle of a mall, we had an outstanding meal and wonderful service.

   Stopped in to satisfy my craving for their brown sugar wings and cornbread. Absolutely wonderful. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Will be back soon.

   I really enjoyed the food and my cocktail! I had the fried chicken and cornbread waffle. The pretty in pink cocktail was very tasty as well!

   The service was very good. Our appetizers were ok but the calamari dish needs to have more calamari and fewer peppers. As for the entrees, my wife said her shrimp and grits lacked flavor, she hardly ate any of it. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles. The raspberry cheesecake brûlée looked like imitation yogurt was the main ingredient. You’re better off going to Marcus’ higher end restaurants such as Red Rooster.

    It took 30 minutes for the waitress to first take our order. My drink arrived almost at the end of the meal and after 3 requests to bring it. Various waiters brought food to all patrons and didn't know to which table the orders belonged. Very disorganized service. The food was very underwhelming considering the world class chef associates with the restaurant. Very disappointing experience.
