From the moment we entered, the experience was fantastic. Dre, our waiter, was on point in both cocktail and food recommendations. The pastas were amazing. The drinks were fun and delicious. We will definitely return.

The pistachio gelato is worth the visit in itself! The staff and service was very good and the broccolini was really good! A nice spot on North Milwaukee Ave!

They sat us late but the hostess was sweet to come get us next door. There was no where to stand in the restaurant. The food was good but very heavy. My recommendation would be to put more protein options on the menu. The service was excellent. Cool space.

We had a magical first experience at Mano a Mano. We were looking for a date night spot within walking distance of City Lit, where we were headed afterward for an event on a very cold evening. What a wonderful surprise! From the moment we walked in to the warm, inviting room, to our kind and helpful server, to the tasty wine served in carafes, to the welcome bread service (a lost art and such a rarity these days), to the excellent but non-obtrusive soundtrack, to the delicious food (special props to the salads, which are thoughtful parts of the menu), to the sweet one-bite gelato treat for a special occasion we were celebrating, everything was first rate. The pasta isn't cheap, but it's all handmade and thoughtfully prepared, and given the generous portion of other aspects of the menu (did I mention bread service?! still thinking about that Calabrian chili butter), it's hard to fault the value. Honestly, this was an unforgettable meal for us and we can't wait to go back.

Everything I ordered was PERFECT. My server was knowledgeable & helpful, the entire staff were so friendly. I’ll have to come back to try more menu items!

The Assistant GM Jess R. was so so sweet and attentive ! Excellent ambience, very sweet server as well and they had great recommendations (the eggplant cutlet was phenomenal). It was our first time and it was perfect for Valentine’s Day !!
