We are a locally focused restaurant open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Let us to take you on a truly unique 7-course journey through the senses as we offer a dining experience honoring local, organic, wild foraged, high vibration ingredients.

We have one seating per night. It is at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $118 per person.
(20% auto-gratuity for parties of 6 or more)

                  The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. It was not unlike enjoying a meal in someone’s home. Music was a considerate volume and the kitchen traffic was not distracting. The food was incredibly disappointing. It started somewhat palatable with what was basically a glorified corn chip which was followed by a salad that was just a little bit too deconstructed. The second course was by far the best, which was a tempura nori crisp with a fantastic shitake hash and what we thought would be a pretentious ponzu foam, but was actually quite delicious. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal took a dramatic downturn after that, with what was an inedible smoked salmon that seemed to have been reheated in an oven, coupled by the mushiest tomato risotto I’ve had the displeasure of being served. When that was followed by a dry duck roulade, my partner and I chose to forgo dessert altogether in order to spare ourselves. They need to focus on substance over style. Not everything needs to be so overly decorative in order to taste good.

                  We had a fabulous time. Best service, knowledgeable & friendly server, and delicious courses. We were thrilled with everything and it was a highlight to our anniversary trip.

                  Incredible melding of flavors. Wine pairing superb and very reasonably priced. There was a guy who was very loud sitting at the table next to us. Wish they had a noise policy. :) otherwise amazing.

                  Mana was everything I hoped for and more! We had a group of 4 who was lucky enough to get outdoor seating in one of the greenhouses. It was plenty warm enough. Snow on the ground outside but heaters insane and blankets kept us all toasty. The food was special. Vegetable forward, presentation so beautiful I sometimes didn’t want to disturb it but once I did, all a delight to my tastebuds. The wine pairings were perfect and we tried things we’ve never had which was fun. At first I thought all the small portions might mean a stop afterward but by the time dessert came around, we were all stuffed. We will come back again to see what is new to the menu. The service was friendly and attentive without hovering. 5 stars to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

                  Fantastic experience at Mana with friends - we do an annual friends Christmas dinner at Mana every year and it never disappoints.

                  Let’s just say not the best set menu I have ever had, not for $500 for 3 people. Just not worth it, better meals to be had in Leavenworth. I am a lover of pumpkin and squash soup theirs was so spicy that I could not even eat half of it. So disappointing. All in all, I am not a big eater so portions were fine for me, but pretty much anyone who is a big eater will be hungry. Save yourself the grief. Yes for me taste was otherwise ok, but I won’t be back.

                  Great restaurant, had the wine pairing and it was fabulous. Each dish was unique and a symphony on your senses, can’t overstate the flavors and presentation. Party of six in an outside igloo, the heater kept us toasty and warm, quiet enough for our conversations. Service was prompt and attentive, never felt like we were waiting. Staff described each dish along with the drink pairing, answered our questions and were very cordial. Overall we had a wonderful time, before we knew it we were almost three hours into our dinner. If you’re looking for a superb meal in a beautiful setting and an attentive and knowledgeable staff, then this is the place.
