    Amazing bottomless brunch....both good and drinks. Fried chicken was amazing! Other hits were the monkey bread and breakfast nachos. Service was great. Ethan kept the bottomless drinks flowing. Left very full and happy.

    This past Sunday, my friends and I indulged in what can only be described as one of the best brunch experiences we’ve had in a long time at Makers Union Wharf. From the moment we arrived, the impeccable service set the tone for a memorable meal. Each of the dishes arrived promptly, with generous portions that satisfied both our eyes and our taste buds. A standout feature of their brunch is the Mix & Match Bottomless Cocktails, allowing guests to switch between Mimosas, Sangria, Draft Beer, and Jim Beam Old Fashioneds throughout the two-hour experience. This generous offering truly sets them apart from other brunch spots. Every entrée we sampled was delightful, but the brown sugar-glazed bacon was particularly irresistible, making it hard to stop at just one piece. Other highlights included the Cornflake Crusted French Toast, Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders, and the Maryland Crab Cake Benedict, each prepared with a unique twist that elevated your typical, traditional brunch experience. To conclude our meal, we indulged in the monkey bread dessert, a perfect ending that paired wonderfully with the Old Fashioned. This brunch experience at Makers Union Wharf has easily become one of my favorites in DC this year, hands down! I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and satisfying brunch outing, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

    Had a great dinner here. Laura was so wonderful and attentive. We started with the calamari which was a generous portion size and I loved the aioli it was dressed with. The ribeye was such a great deal as well....cooked perfectly with huge loaded potato and broccolini so I could pretend to be healthy. Left incredibly full and with leftovers.

    This was a pretty horrible dining experience. First of all, we were there for dinner and the place was lit up like a hospital cafeteria. The service was absolutely horrid. Our group was 6 people, and half the entrees came out. We waited 20 minutes before the other entrees came out. It was so awful. The food was pretty good, but it wasn’t good enough to say it was a positive overall experience. We will not be returning.

    Mixed feelings about the restaurant. Upon arrival, we waited several minutes before the host returned to the host area to check in guest. Our server and the food runner were very good, as well as the overall aesthetic. The location of our table lacked sufficient space to pull out the chairs without bumping into the neighboring table and guest. The food was subpar for the price; lacking flavor and seasoning. Based on social media reviews, I expected better. Perhaps it’s a hit or miss situation.

    One of my now go to spots for Happy Hour. They have so many affordable options, especially considering how expensive Wharf prices can be. Kathy and Van were amazing!!! They also let us know that there are some upcoming Happy hour changes that sound super exciting.

    Came to enjoy the Mardis Gras specials after seeing a promo on TV. So glad we did had the shrimp and grits, which was a very generous portion size and incredibly flavorful. Bailey was so helpful and kind pointing out recommendations. Wonderful neighborhood ambiance!
