Love this place. An old gem on route 66. The ambiance , food, and service is amazing. Very nice place to have dinner. The tuna tower is my favorite appetizer. The surf and turf entre was also very good. The live music was also very entertaining .

Our first time here as we were in the IE. What a historic fun place with old school decor. We were greeted by a friendly and attentive host who acknowledged our table request. Our waitress was very personable, attentive and accommodating. The steaks were cooked to our liking and moderately priced compared to the higher end steakhouses. All in all, a surprisingly good steakhouse with old school charm in the IE, thank you!

The Magic Lamp was a great experience. The food was exceptional, as was the service. The piano player and singer were both wonderful. We had a lovely evening.

This is the perfect example of what a great chop house experience should be. An amazing one-of-a-kind historic establishment with ambiance to spare and a very warm and engaging staff. True to their reputation, the food and drinks were excellent. Too many reasons to list why we are so glad the Majic Lamp is back and better than ever! This was a birthday dinner for us and we couldn't have picked a better spot for the special occasion. Keep up the good work Magic Lamp and we'll be back.

The food in the service were fantastic. The ambience of the place was amazing and enjoyable and very comfortable. The atmosphere fear was very romantic our server. Amy did a great job and the manager and the host were both very professional and welcoming.

The food, service, ambience was great! Very elegant! The owner Edward went around to all the tables and talks to everyone. Even the chef comes out and talks to everybody. That’s a great touch for a great place. The relish dish is an absolute awesome touch that all higher end restaurants should do. The bread basket is an array of many different kinds of bread. On top of all this the food is amazing. The steak, chicken were perfectly cooked. The Caesar salad was better than Caesars in Tijuana where it started… I would definitely recommend The Magic Lamp to anyone who wants to experience a great time!
