   Offensichtlich war zwischen OpenTable und dem Madera Treehouse bei unserer Reservierung etwas schief gelaufen. Ich hatte für den 27.1. gebucht und von OpenTable bestätigt bekommen, aber das Madera Treehouse hatte den 3.2. gesagt bekommen. Der nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang war sofort bemüht uns trotzdem einen Tisch zu besorgen! Der Abend war gerettet und wir konnten die fantastische Aussicht, das sehr leckere und authentische mexikanische Essen und die coole Musik genießen! Sehr empfehlenswert! Danke

   Essen war gut aber zu wenig für mehrere Personen. Klimaanlage war zu kalt eingestellt. Service war sehr gut.

   Don’t recommend - It was ok, but considering this visit would never return. Menu looked really good however no where it’s clear it only serves brunch on Saturday until 3pm. Brunch menu is far from great if you don’t want eggs. Had to wait a long time for waiter to come by. Maybe it was understaffed. Waiter never asked for drinks or to replenish water, which after 20min I gave up on asking. Same for dessert menu. Although saw other table eating the churros and looked far from authentic. Also no Mexican person in sight in the restaurant. Ordered the fajita bowl, the meat was tasty, but the rice was not fresh and blotted, the beans were a bit bland, same for pico de gallo. Also portions really small. Guacamole was ok. Was looking forward to try the ceviche and tacos, but considering the service was quite bad, not even front house was welcoming. The view is nice. I reserved a table and requested a window seat. Didn’t get it, even though it was not full. Not even 10min after seating, an empty table by the window was given to 2 people that arrived without a reservation. Overall disappointing experience!

   I’ll have to be honest I was extremely disappointed with the service. We constantly had to keep getting the staffs attention to be assisted. We waited over 30mins and then finally had to wave someone down to order. Then after we had eaten our table was not cleared, we waited an hour! And then we left. Food was ok, venue was beautiful with great views. We were a table of 8! So yes, the experience was underwhelming

   Arrived, with Winter coats and scarves - told the cloakroom was full so that we'd need to hang our coats on the back of our chairs - bit strange. Shown to the table, water-poured menus given and then we waited. Finally managed to flag a waiter's attention and we decided to order our drinks and food simultaneously in case we didn't see him again! After about 5 mins all of our food started to arrive, but we still had no drinks. We repeatedly asked them to stop bringing food as our drinks hadn't arrived, but it kept on coming until we had to be adamant about it. The waiter said that they were always under real pressure to turn the tables quickly - it certainly felt like you were on a production line. The manager came and gave some B*****t excuse that the bar was busy with a private party of 50 - but that would have been pre-planned so they should have staffed up accordingly or at least had comms with the kitchen. All in all felt like a tourist churn, just wanting to get you fed and out to flip the table again. Food was OK - but nothing to write home about. I will not be visiting again and will not recommend it.

   Excellent food and service. Cocktails were great and the venue has super views, and atmosphere with DJ; music a good volume so didn’t affect conversation

    Beautiful view, good atmosphere and vibe but the service was very haphazard. We had one waiter who was very attentive but the rest were rather listless and indifferent. Took ages to be served or even for water to be poured on the table, our drinks came after the starters and when we were getting mains and they even missed out a meal and had to order it late for one of the guests. Shame because otherwise the food was relatively tasty and the ambience is perfect for a group setting.
