The iconic Liberty House Restaurant has been reimagined as Maddy Rose. Boasting unsurpassed views of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Lady Liberty and Liberty Landing Marina, Maddy Rose at Liberty House, located in Jersey City, is one of the most iconic NJ restaurants.

The Mediterranean inspiration just isn’t touched on in the design elements but also throughout the menu. Our food is highly crafted to make you feel that you could be on the beaches of Greece or Italy dining al fresca. Our menu is filled with large shareable plates and state of the art tableside productions. To match the food menu, our Beverage program is unmatched in Jersey City with highly curated cocktails in some of the most unique glassware available. Large format drinks and bottle service are the norm for our day to nighttime experiences.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they made him feel special. The food was very good and we particularly loved the steak, salmon, and branzino. We tried several appetizers: octopus, mussels, and oysters and were very good as well. The only downside is that it was raining and foggy and couldn’t see the NY skyline, but the rest decoration and ambience was very good. I would definitely go back!

We got surprised with this place. It is wonderful, service really outstanding. Plates well served, Wine options highly recommended. Diana tooks care of our table and she makes the experience to escalate to next level. We were celebrating 5th year marriage and the team had great details like print a Menu with “5th Year Celebration”. 10/10

We had a terrific time! The service was excellent without being over the top. Food was very good. Drinks were well crafted. My pork chop was a little salty but my companion’s steak and lobster were excellent. The band was a nice for background music. We will be back!!

Went to celebrate a birthday. Thought we would have a table with a view but was sat inside near bar. Ongoing weddings in venue had music blaring and my fish was served raw. It’s unfortunate but I would not go back again after 45 minute drive to get there. Over rated and way overpriced for what we ordered.

The Maddy Rose team made this such a memorable birthday celebration for my mom - thank you! (This is our second year in a row celebrating with you and we are so grateful - she adores your restaurant.) Compliments to the chef - everything was delicious. As well, special thank yous to the woman who greeted us when we first came in the door and the hostess who then assisted us. They were fabulous. Not a great place for this Pop Up event. Not laid back enough and the service was TERRIBLE, even though we were sitting at the bar. We would have had a few more rounds, but ended our visit after just one, as no one ever asked if we needed anything else.
