   Lune is exceptional dining. Mick Formichella is a gifted creative chef and his tasting menus with Charlotte's wine pairings are Michelin Star worthy. I have been fortunate to enjoy fine dining around the world and Lune is a very special restaurant.

   The word “outstanding” says it all. Outstanding in every way. Truly a 5-star restaurant that we are so lucky to have on Cape Cod. Every dish is a new taste sensation.

   We had the culinary pleasure of dining at LUNE (587 Main St., Dennis Port) last night (12-21-24) for their "Feast of the Seven Fishes." In a single word, our experience from beginning to end--over nine courses-- was "phenomenal." This was easily the most creative array of dishes and tastes we have ever experienced on Cape Cod. An exquisite array of uniquely flavorful dishes served by professional, informed, and affable staff in an environment designed to accommodate authentic foodies.

   We had the privilege of experiencing Chef Mick’s vision of The Feast of the Seven Fishes on 12/21/2024 and he and his amazing team did not disappoint. From the warm welcoming words from co-owner Charlotte, to the incredibly passionate and attentive servers, we had an incredible meal and cannot wait to go back again. To everyone who made our dinner extra special we say Thank You.

   The food at Lune is absolutely stunning. They had a caviar bar tonight so we had caviar service with house made potato chips (delicious) as well as caviar on top of a bay scallop crudo with shio koji vinaigrette, citrus, mint and fig leaf oil which was a gastronomic feat. The bay scallops had only been out of the water for two hours. Words cannot do justice to this dish. The food at Lune is clever, elegant and refined. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and the service is flawless. The drink service is really fun, featuring natural, biodynamic and organic wines.

   LUNE is an amazing dining experience on Cape COD. Locally sourced, and every dish is exquisitely prepared. The husband and wife duo make you feel like you are dining in their home. The menu changes every week, and is thought through down to every detail. The creative food is paired with unique wines that are curated to match the flavors of each dish. It is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant, and a go to for any special occasion.
