   A very cute and convenient spot to eat, since we were headed to OLG Stage. It’s a bit cozy, meaning you’re sort of pretty close to other diners. Drinks were pretty pricey as expected, but not a lot of options and to be honest, not that great either. Food was good, again not many options. It was packed but you’re in Niagara Falls so you shouldn’t expect anything less!

   The quality of the food was outstanding. My wife ordered the smash burger, which was succulent and to her liking. I opted for the Reuben, and it was also exceptional. Initially, the service was prompt; however, it became less attentive as the meal progressed. Our drinks remained unrefilled from the middle of our meal until we settled the bill, with no follow-up from the staff after our food was served. Had our glasses been replenished, this experience would have warranted a five-star rating. Overall, we appreciated our meal and found it worthwhile to dine here.

   Food choices were varied in selection and prices. Fish and chips and fettuccine bolognaise were good quantity and taste. Cocktails were a bit pricey but unique and very tasty and good value. Booths were art deco and aesthetically pleasing! Service was quick and pleasant and knowledgeable. We would definitely go again!

   We booked a reservation for 6:30 pm but made the reservation after 5 pm that same day. When we arrived, they didn't have our reservation because they printed off reservations at 5 pm, so they will not have a record of any reservations made afterward. , they don't have a computer at the host desk, so there were no live updates to their reservation system. Fortunately, when we arrived for our 6:30 pm reservation, they had a table for us, but it was the last open table; otherwise, we would be waiting for a table or gone somewhere else. As a suggestion to management, maybe get a laptop or tablet for the host to use; spend a few dollars.

   Server was not focused Food was medicore... My guest salad was grossly over dressed Had to track down another server to get water. wanted to order drinks but servers were not available

   Our experience at Lucky’s was good. My rating wavers between 3 and 4. It was the drink menu and the raspberry sour that I had which tipped the rating to a 4. Our server was not as attentive as I would have expected and the food was decent but not exceptional. On the positive side, the ambience was nice and having a drink and dinner at Lucky’s before going to the show made for a very good evening.

   You definitely get your money's worth here! The food is always hot when it gets to you! Very fresh! Staff are wonderful! So friendly! We come here every time we come to falls!

   We tried the Benedict here, and it was different from what we’re used to. It wasn’t quite what we expected, but it’s always interesting to experience a unique take on a classic dish.

   Server assumed order and brought wrong food and made us feel like we should keep it. Brought the right thing after we were done eating. Kids meal comes with a drink. Charged us $8 for the kids drink!! As much as the kids meal.

    My wife and I had concert tickets for 7pm, we were happy to be able to make a reservation at Lucky's for 5:30 pm thinking we will have ample time before the show . Unfortunately when we arrived 5 mins early for the reservation there were lots of people in line and some also with reservations waiting for a table still. We waited about 20 mins to be seated while two larger groups were seated without reservations. It was busy and took some time to take our order for drinks and food. We should have asked what was fast as we noticed others get their food before us even though we ordered first. Overall the food was good (Meatloaf and Chicken pot pie) and steaming hot, and we finished up with 15 mins to walk to our show... but it certainly was not a relaxing meal. Bruce
