Before the James Beard Award and the Gourmet Magazine review, Lotus of Siam was a small little hole in the wall located in Commercial Center in Las Vegas. November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers. Her northern style cooking has opened America into the “Northern” world of Thailand, away from the Bangkok style of sweet and tang. The northern menu consists of hearty herbs and spices, along with Thai style stews and coconut-less curries. Through her set menus, our guests can dine and enjoy recipes from over 100 years in the Chutima family.

The food is overrated and came out lukewarm. There are many more incredible options in LA and otherwise but it is decent for Las Vegas

Dinner was good. Not as good as I expected. The. The noodle’s we ordered were not very hot(temperature). The soup as well but it has great flavor

Amazing food and atmosphere, very loud so hard to talk during busy hour but once it slowed down the ambiance is perfect. Brought Hawaii friends here and we had fun plus the staff didn’t kick us out once everyone else was gone. They let us enjoy! We were a party of 9 so they automatically included tip but we gave a touch more for letting us chat just a little longer. Although they were still open from 9-10pm they did clean up while we were in there talking but I don’t think anyone in our party minded. Def will visit again. Lifetime memories ❤️

Absolutely amazing food. Very expensive though. But the garlic prawns continue to impress and the drinks were unique and delicious!

Very good food-get the garlic shrimp! Service was impeccable. A bit loud but really good atmosphere. Obvious everyone was enjoying their experience.

Our favorite Thai restaurant in the country. We visit Las Vegas every 2 years for a conference and always make a reservation for a delicious meal.

We chose Lotus of Siam based off of a trusted TikTok foodie for our girls weekend and we were so glad we did. The food was amazing and being from NYC originally we all love authentic Thai. The chicken satay was so tender. The Khao Soi was the star of the show - deliciously spiced at medium with that hit of heat on the tongue, the red curry was solid but you do need to order rice on the side. The specialty cocktails were strong and priced well for Vegas. Ended with the pineapple upside down cake which was the perfect sweet treat. Our waiter provided top notch h service. Would highly recommend.
