    Music was WAY TOO LOUD for a date night. People raised there voices louder around me to be heard then you spoke loud also. It was valentines date night. Yes it was busy but the whole thing was a complete turn off.

    Service was good. They did make a couple of errors on the order. Steak was a little over cooked. Same with the desert. Not what we expected.

    After two back to back bad experiences at this location over the past year, we reluctantly went back for my son who wanted to celebrate his birthday at Lone star. Needless to say this experience was exactly what I expected it to be, another negative one. I will say it started out great, the hostess that greeted us was friendly and professional and even made a point of wishing my son a happy birthday as she sat us, this was a nice touch. It was also the only time it was acknowledged during our whole experience, but I guess our server would have to be present and actually come to our table for it to be acknowledged again. Our drinks sat empty, and were refilled only once throughout our whole experience. I had to wait until I asked for a takeout container to have my fajita shells refilled, and forget about the rest of the setup. I even offered to pay. By the end of the meal, all 5 of us had had enough and couldn't wait to leave. We had another super friendly hostess wish us well on the way out, but we won'y be back for a LONG time.

    Steak Fajitas are low quality meat for the last few visits.

    We enjoy Lonestar food.. always fresh and always delicious, especially the homemade tortillas shells. Our server was friendly and helpful…thanks all at Lonestar and Happy New Year!

    Booked a last minute reservation through open table. Arrive. Appeared to be the manager (a man) who checked us in and sat us? Walked into the main dining room and his answer was “well you can pick, sit wherever” so we chose a booth. It was that not busy that we got told to pick our seats. Our server “blue jeans” started strong came over took our drinks and food order. Great. Our drinks came. Our appetizer came and then it took literally 30 minutes to get our mains. While the restaurant was very NOT busy might I remind you. To the point that we ate our appetizer and our free salsa and chips and still had time to kill before our main came out. I mentioned the time to the server after she said she would check on it, I said “yeah I was just going to mention it felt like it taking forever” (again, not a busy place on this Monday night). She got us a second round of drinks.. food came finally. She never asked how our food was (our tortillas were cold). Took our dishes and put our desert order in. Thankfully the desert also came quickly like the apps. But she didn’t offer us water or refills on our drinks or anything and we couldn’t ask because she was no where to be seen. I even asked my husband if he made eye contact to get her to come over. Asked for the bill. Didn’t tip because to be honest, every single time we go to the Milton location the food is okay but the service unfortunately sucks and isn’t getting any better. Other locations servers have so much personality and wander around more making themselves available for you if you need anything. I will say she started strong and just dropped off through our meal. She also brought us buffalo sauce for our chicken fajitas which was nice. When we left there was another man (also a manager? Maybe) who was leaning over the counter texting and didn’t even say goodbye or have a good night. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years myself and personality is everything. Milton has never hired enough personality.

    Used to really like this place. Service is still good, a little slow, but the food is not where it once was. Had the wings and they were not very good.
