Limoncello will be OPEN for Indoor and Outdoor dining. We will do our best to accommodate reservations during this time. Outdoor dining is on a first come, first serve basis. Please understand we cannot control weather. If there is inclement weather we will not be able to sit our outdoor dining area. We are currently not offering valet services to better service curbside pick up guests. There is limited street parking as well as the River St. Parking garage- 414. River St.

    Do not go to Limoncello when there is a show at the Peace Center. They cannot handle being busy. First, they lost my reservation. I showed them all the Open Table confirmations, but they had no record of me. They found a 2 top available in the bar area so we could eat, but we were surrounded by loud, obnoxious drunks and the noise was oppressive. We got cocktails and appetizers and salads which seemed to start the night off okay, but then the ordeal started. Once that food was finished we waited for our entrees with no food or bread to nibble on. And waited, and waited. After 20 minutes we checked with the server. “It should be out soon”. After 30 minutes we checked with the manager. “I’ll check to see what the problem is”. At 45 minutes with showtime rapidly approaching we asked for some bread to tide us over until our entrees could get there. At an hour with no food we contemplated just making a scene and cancelling the whole affair to get to the show. Our food finally hit our tables at 1 hour and 10 minutes after we’d finished our apps and salads. 1 hour and 29 minutes after placing our orders. We had to choke it down fast just to have food in our stomachs, then rush to the show. The manager and server were fully aware of how badly we’d been treated, yet there were no concessions on our tab and we tipped the server 18% because it’s not her fault that her restaurant can’t handle the workload volume, but the manager couldn’t care less that our dining experience sucked. Terrible. At the price I paid, it was a horrible dinner.

    The spinach pasta shells were very tasty. Excellent service. The restaurant was a bit warm.

    Seated at a nice outside table. Ambience is very good. Ordered appetizers and about 15-20 mins later, looking to space out food, we ordered entrees. Apps came out about an hour later then within 2 mins all our entrées (with one being the wrong order) arrived. We asked that they bring the entrées back and we were told they can’t because they had no room. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman told us she was the manager. The waiter came over and blamed us for ordering all of it at the same time which we quickly corrected him as he placed the orders at separate times with the kitchen (all of which was on his little computer). Another manager came over with shots of limoncello (one of our party does not drink) and asked how she could better arrange the table. I asked that they take the entrees back and or at least comp the entrees. We were told that they could not comp all the entrées. We sent all the entrées back and asked they be removed from the bill. Ultimately paid for our drinks and appetizers with no compensation for their mixup. We have already had one mediocre experience there prior to this and this sealed the deal for any future dining. Unfortunate, because it is such a nice space.

    As always, great experience at LemonCello. Good food, wine and atmosphere at a reasonable price and convenient to parking and the Peace Center. Our favorite restaurant goes Peace Center performances.

    We usually love eating here, but this time we left disappointed. It was a special occasion in which we reserved a table for. The server didn’t even ask for half of the table’s drinks and just assumed they all wanted water (we were a table of 12). Also, she stood at the end of the big table to get everyone’s food order rather than walking around the table to the individual. This was uncomfortable as the person had to practically shout the order to the waitress from across the table. Also, the food was underwhelming and if there were any specials, we were not aware of them as the waitress did not disclose them. Oh well, we will choose another location for our next special occasion.

    The service was great but the food was meh overall. The appetizers were delicious. The spaghetti, fettuccine and the chicken we had were very dry and bland.

    It was good but nothing great. Would not go back again when there are so many great restaurants in Greenville to eat at.
