Went for Sunday Brunch. Surprisingly (?) not very crowded. Beautiful restaurant. Hostess sat us immediately and we were given bread and water quickly. But that’s where the fun ended. Our waiter (called our “Captain”) was very polite, but the service was soooo slow. Again, not very crowded but the waiter took forever to take our order. When he finally did, it took over 10 minutes to get our drinks and a good 30 minutes for our food. Dishes were tasty - nothing outstanding. Again, very pretty restaurant. Very polite servers. But a little too slow, even on a lazy Sunday

one of my favorites in NYC - so excited to go here in CLT! The sommelier / manager went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience!

The food and ambience were very good and were consistent with all of our prior experiences at Limani CLT. The selections are always great, the seafood is fresh and the restaurant is warm and inviting. During our last visit, we unfortunately had a very poor service experience. We waited 20 minutes to order cocktails then an additional 20+ minutes to receive them and had to ask repeatedly for someone from the wait staff to take our food order. Even after the substantial delay, we weren't offered an apology and felt like we were being annoying and were met with some perceived rudeness. We've always enjoyed our experiences at Limani but the service needs to improve.

It began with a great cocktail at the bar- and progressed to an amazing meal with great service from Maria and wonderful table side banter with Dimitri. The tomato salad was killer as was the octopus for appetizer. Our table enjoyed the Chilean sea bass, the dorado and the Dover sole. They were all delicious. We ordered 3 desserts and the restaurant brought us a 4th - so we ended on a sugar coma. The pavlova and orange cake with lavender ice cream were the 2 favorites we all highly recommend this restaurant.

I'll definitely come back here! The service was excellent and so was the food! Great place for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion.

The restaurant is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere. It has a great vibe. Service started out very nicely. Drinks were delivered promptly, etc. Appetizers, the calamari and the eggplant and zucchini, were very good and saved the overall food experience for me. However, the “captain” kept pushing for our orders, even though we told him repeatedly we were NOT in a hurry, and there were at least 4 empty tables. This became annoying. Our dinner companions had the Pompano fish, which neither of them enjoyed particularly, as half the fish was shredded into little pieces when filleted table side and then smothered in capers, which overpowered a fairly delicate fish. My seafood pasta was lackluster at best with very little sauce, so other than two great pieces of shrimp, rather tasteless. The winner was the lamb chops that my husband ordered – they were delicious, as were his potatoes. So, service overall was attentive but the “captain” rushing us , along with only one of four entrees rating a 5-star, was a damper to the evening, especially being around $550 out the door.

Beautiful inside. Went for lunch and ordered chicken souvlaki which came with fries. Very good but overpriced. Could probably get the same meal at Greek takeout place for much less. I wouldn’t go back for lunch but might try for dinner. Overall beautiful ambiance and great service..
