Our visit to Lilyann's can be summed up in one word...outstanding! The dining experience is like none other in the area. From their wine and drink selections to their desserts it was obvious that every detail had been considered. Our tornadoes of beef, tender and flavorful, were cooked just as ordered, the bacon mac and cheese that we chose to accompany it was excellent. The bleu cheese dressing elevated our salad choice to memorable. I am giving out of superlatives, but I really enjoyed the delicious bread. It was warm and flavorful and added so much to the meal. Our server was very knowledgeable, personable and her attention to our needs made the evening go so smoothly- attentive but not smothering. All their desserts appeared to be yummy but be sure to try the frozen banana split ice cream sandwich with the meringue topping. If we could give Lilyann's more than 5 stars we would.

Had a fantastic dinner, the service and the food were top notch! The attention to detail exemplified by the entire staff was commendable! Direct reflection of the executive chef and owner no doubt! Great job!

This was our first visit to the restaurant. We were very satisfied with making our reservation online. Upon arrival we were seat right away. The waitress was very detailed on the description of the daily special. The service was great! We had the crab and cheese dip for our appetizer and it was very good. We both had steak for our main course with the fingerling potatoes and risotto. All the food was delicious and the steaks were cook perfectly to our taste. We will return in the near future for another great meal.

The Colossal shrimp appetizer was wonderful. The filet was done to perfection and the mashed Yukon potatoes was great as was asparagus. The bread was cut up in large pieces and served with tasty olive oil and a balsamic syrup. It was perfect. Dessert, an espresso crème brûlée was divine. Even the drinks were tasty! One of the owners came by to speak to us which is always nice. The waitress, Heaven, was fantastic. She paid us just the right amount of attentiveness without hovering, The only ‘disappointment’ I’d say was that the head chef meandered throughout the restaurant and spoke with guests but looked at our table(only 2 of us) and yet never approached our table as he had done with basically every other table. Thought that was kind of odd. But nevertheless I can’t wait to go back!!! Thrilled that Rocky Mount has this lovely restaurant with great food, great service and it’s open Mon- Sat. (for dinner only). EB

My brother and I had an awesome dinner at Lilyann’s. The service was great. The chef stopped by our table to assure our steaks were cooked to perfection. He also recommended a balsamic steak sauce that was excellent. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend this restaurant.

We could only get reservations online , no one would answer the phone. Online it said they only had a 4:15 We got there and no one else came to the restaurant until 5:30. They sat us at a seat that the sun was blasting in our eyes , we asked 4xs to be moved. They said they couldn’t bc the other tables were reserved. We had to ask were there any specials , we also had to ask for bread. When the food came , nice presentation - my dish and my friends had no flavor. Also my dish was suppose to be a chicken breast but it was a thigh. So I paid $28 for a thigh on top of a little mashed potatoes with a few greens beans on top of potatoes. When we got done 4 other couples had come in at 5:45. So all those other tables were still open that we had asked to be moved too. I was hoping for so much more since Rocky Mt doesn’t have a lot of nicer Places to eat . I did speak to one of the owners as we were walking out. He was nice , never smiled - I did tell him the issues - he said he would talk to the staff. **Prices are really high for the amount of food. ** We will try again bc they are local. Hopefully next time will be much better.

We had an incredible dinner with friends on New Year’s Eve! The food was fantastic and perfectly cooked, the energy and ambience made for a celebratory occasion, and the service was top-notch. We ordered beef tournado filets, the fresh catch halibut special, beef carpaccio app, and the bleu wedge salad. It was all perfectly prepared and delicious! Thanks to Lilyann’s for bringing this elevated dining experience to Rocky Mount!
