I came for my birthday and there wasn’t anything that we ordered that was a miss. The ambiance is peaceful and our waitress was very polite and attentive. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you to everyone who was working that day.

We were a group of 8 and had a table with good space and privacy as restaurant is quite large with tables spaced well. The food was good, some items like the Leo’s specials (Chicken piccata) were great but other items like the veal Parm were a bit heavily breaded and fried. The price for what you get in the location of Charlotte is pretty good though. Also, the service was good but a bit clumsy, eg: they brought the mains before clearing away the plates from appetiter (where we ended up stacking the plates) and the server offered us to-go boxes before everyone was done eating (even though the restaurant was not trying to turn the table as it was around 9pm. Overall, it’s a place we’ll come back to and expect the next time will be even better because these little criticisms are all very addressable.

Everything about it was wonderful! Our waiter was high or something and had to be reminded of things but we didn’t mind as the food and drinks and ambiance were fantastic.

We had a great experience, food was great. We celebrated a birthday and they even gave the adults a toast of prosecco. I actually surprised it wasnt busier.

Good ambiance. Great cocktails. Not so extravagantly priced drinks or food for the SouthPark area. Beef carpaccio was good but heavy on shallots and light on capers. The lobster and shrimp pasta was excellent and very well proportioned. The seasonal special orchiette Italian sausage and broccolini was disappointing. Comparing to the lobster pasta - portion was small, orchiette was undercooked (hard), my friend also agreed, there were 3 broccolini, and very small amount of Italian sausage. I will not be returning as there are very few items a lactose intolerant person can eat there. I mean it's Italian, shouldn't they be using olive oil? If this were a French restaurant, I'd better understand. They do offer some gluten free options. The bar is very nice and offers appetizer specials M - F until 6pm, $3 off on appetizers. But this could change.

We joined the rewards program while we were sitting there having a drink. It clearly said when you join you receive a free app with entree. Since we were going to have dinner we asked the bartender about which apps were applicable. She said all. After dinner we got the bill and were charged for the app. We were then told the “free app” could only be applied to a future visit although the bartender clearly understood that we were ordering the app based on our “reward” - we usually don’t order apps because we can’t eat that and dinner. The joining info clearly does not state that it can’t be used on current visit but has to be used before 12/15/24. Very disappointing. Won’t be back.

Overall, the food was pretty good especially for the price. Our drinks were all delicious and the area was beautiful. My only slight complaint would be that there was no music at all outside, so it was almost silent when no one was speaking. Along with the service being quite slow. We were there for almost 2.5 hours. I would give it another try.

I came recently for my birthday with my parents and had a wonderful experience with Bridget as our server. The food was delicious and portioned well. They even brought something special out for my birthday! It was enjoyable all around. We have been loyal guests to a more popular and established Italian restaurant in Charlotte’s Midtown area for years and we all agreed that this will be our new favorite spot!! We were able to have conversations without yelling over music or the next table over. The venue is large. The tables are spaced out and it is an overall beautiful and clean space. We will be back soon! 10 out of 10 recommend :)
