Das Aushängeschild des Legal Sea Foods ist wirklich frischer Fisch. Shoppen macht hungrig – das wissen wir. Unser Restaurant befindet sich auf der obersten Etage des Copley Place.     Hervorragendes Essen und sehr freundlicher Service. Habe ein Dutzend Austern bestellt, es wurde eine Auswahl von 6 verschiedenen Sorten serviert. Einfach top. Gerne wieder.

    We were seated in a tight corner. We had a party in front of us. Next to us was empty. A few minutes later the hostess seated a party of 4 next to us. There were plenty of other open tables. The party was very lively and bit loud--to which they are entitled. However we could no longer hear each as we were somewhat wedged between two parties now. Additionally, the way the table was situated even our server had a hard time getting to our table. So we asked our server Stefan if we could move. He was very amenable and immediately moved us. Later, Esther, a supervisor came by and we told her what happened. She too was helpful. So, in the end all was very good. It was surprising why the hostess seated all of us as she did. Neither Stefan nor Esther made us feel uncomfortable with our ask to move, that was very appreciated. Food was excellent, enjoyable evening.

    Nice New Years Eve dinner here. Service was great and we all enjoyed our meals. Might have been fun to have some drink specials.

    Private Equity has done no favor to Legal Sea Foods. Marginal service in a tired environment. This was once the flagship store and will never return. Too bad.

    Possibly the worst dining experience of my life; my date and I witnessed a family of mice running freely around the restaurant. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they responded with no sense of urgency and very little care. We left immediately before finishing our meals, and when we requested the bill, the manager only removed one item from our bill. The most disturbing part about the whole experience was how unbothered the staff seemed to be regarding the situation, indicating that this was not an uncommon occurrence. I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience; the restaurant and likely the entire mall should be evaluated to ensure that they are in compliance with health and safety standards.

    Hostess did not properly greet you The waiter was very nice but so inexperienced The bar we were told could not make bloody Mary’s because they had no bloody Mary mix  they never cleared the table after we finished our appetizers and brought out the main course I had to ask them to take the empty dishes we asked for extra lemon and tartar sauce, and we were practically done with the meal by the time they brought it as well as the soy sauce and chopsticks for the sushi that was ordered  will not be going back there anytime soon
