The heart of our kitchen lies in the coals of our Asado grill. Here, our experienced team, led by Head Chef Nathaniel Embrey, sear aged local wagyu, tender Tasmanian lamb, freshly caught seafood and other premium ingredients, creating masterful dishes of unrivaled flavour. Adding to the unique quality of our dishes is the distinctive environment in which they’re served – the historic walls of the original IXL Jam Factory, surrounded by the iconic landscape art of John Glover.

Seated in a lovely dining room amongst beautiful art. Wagyu rump cap was so tender and flavoursome and the duck fat potatoes were delicious. Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate a birthday. Waiters Lauchie and Ethan should be commended on their impeccable service.

Attentive and professional staff, attractive premises, an excellent menu selection for both food and drinks, and the steaks we chose were unbeatable. My husband and I were very impressed.

Very attentive staff, menu specials explained, tables spaced nicely. Food was beautifully presented, true chefs plates, delightful flavors & the complimentary sourdough bread was Yum. Main course was a satisfying amount and the side salad of green leaves was dressed well and so refreshing, l had the blue eye fish. Very pleasant evening indeed.

First time diners of Landscape..Ambience of Landscape was great, service started off wonderful but deteriorated over the evening as it got busier. Our dinner was delicious, but just left feeling a little disappointed for a milestone birthday dinner
