The food was delicious, and the ambience was cool and relaxing. It's a nice spot to bond with family, especially with the kids' playground. However, the service needs improvement—it was hard to get the servers' attention, and they seemed short-staffed during the time we visit. There were also a lot of flies, hope they can do something about it. The food took 30-40 minutes, as they mentioned beforehand, but the great taste made up for the wait. If you're planning to visit, make sure to book online, as the walk-in queue can take up to 2 hours or more. If you're patient and value good food and a nice ambience, it's worth a visit!

the food we order was okay. however the kare-kare was blant and wala masyadong meat compared to other restaurants. yung serving says for sharing pero konti ung serving kung for sharing. like for example yung dinuguan konti siya for sharing. dinuguan masarap pero konti if for sharing. bulalo is okay. yung cakes like frozen mango and ube cake nothing special. when you taste the cake dry sya and hindi moist yung chiffon. sa crispy pata i think need pa ifry pa.kasi yung order namin yung balat hindi ganun ka crispy. i hope ma improve yung menu soon. kasi the ambiance and place is okay very cozy and relaxing di mo na kailangan pa pumunta ng tagaytay. need lang improve other menu para balik balikan pa din ang lanai. all your staff is attentive and friendly. i hope it will help you to improve and grow your business. Thank you and more power.

I can't thank Lanai enough for making our first visit so memorable! We chose this beautiful place for our gender reveal lunch, and it exceeded all expectations. From the quality of the food to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. The ambiance was so inviting, and the crew went above and beyond to make our celebration special. My family and loved ones absolutely loved it, and I’m so glad we chose Lanai to mark this important moment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and an unforgettable experience!

I absolutely love the food and service here, but I’m really disappointed by how the issue with flies is handled. When people exit through the sliding door on the other side, it often gets left open, letting flies into the dining area. This is especially concerning when they land on the food or drinks. By the time we got there, I wasn’t even sure if the glass of water was clean since the door was open. I even requested candles for the table to help deter the flies, but they never arrived. I hope this can be addressed to make the dining experience as enjoyable as the food and service deserve!

Ambience is great though there is construction ongoing. Staff are Nice. Food is great but there’s a lot of flies!! Literally flying around our food and drinks. I asked for a candle but definetely not helpful. You should have electric fly to capture the flies.Bday cake was okay for my Mom. Thank you

We celebrated my mom’s 67th birthday at Lanai, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the perfect tone for a special day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even helped us choose a few dishes. Each plate was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious, My mom especially loved Kare-Kare, which really made her day. And lastly, thank you to our assigned server, who truly made us feel welcome and was so patient with our requests to make my mom’s day extra special. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves a raise for her exemplary service! Thank you, Lanai, for making my mom’s birthday so special. We can’t wait to come back!
