   We enjoyed our dinner. We had the pork belly tacos for appetizers, then we shared the duck enchilada, and the pargo was our final dish. Every dish was creatively prepared with an excellent mole and delicious 😋 David our waiter was attentive and polite.

   A pesar de haber tenido reserva tuvimos que esperar una hora completa, en parte es un poco comprensible por ser la fecha de san Valentín, aunque no debieron de haber sobrevendido sus reservas. El tasting menu de san Valentín estuvo muy salado en general, pero con mucha notoriedad en la sopa, la carne del plato fuerte estuvo intrascendente, vale la pena mencionar que la pasta si estuvo muy buena, también es desafortunada la poca noción de servicio, como dejar que estuviéramos rellenando nosotros mismos nuestra copa de vino toda la noche, bajar platillos sin antes darnos servilleta o bajarlos asi sin mas, sin explicarlos. también fue de mal gusto tener opciones diferentes al momento de hacer la reserva pero al estar ahi fuimos "obligados" a comprar ese menu por que es lo "único que tenían" teníamos ganas de regresar por que nos encanta su menu regular y no tuvimos oportunidad de consumirlo, a pesar de todo volveríamos por que conocemos sus platillos, pero esta experiencia no fue la mejor.

   We love this place. The chef is always available to explain the menu, special ingredients, and history of the dishes. We're sad this is their last season in Ixtapa, but we're happy they are opening a new place in Versalles.Their tacos chino are out of this world and could have a full meal of those. Drinks are large and masterfully garnished. Every item's sauce is outstanding. We look forward to our next visit.

    Perfection again! Every plate is art, combine with, outstanding flavor blends. Service is amazing! We took two of our friends. They are still,talking about the wonderful dining experience.
