   Everything was great. I had the lamb shank but it was a little underwhelming but the green beans and mash potatoes were fantastic. On my previous vist I had the steak sandwich, one of the best I have had and the fries were hands down the best I have had, using ketchup or fry sauce honestly ruins them they are great with no sauce. The mushroom soup is outstanding. Nothing really bad to say about the restaurant other then the lamb shank wasn't quite up to my expectations for the quality of everything else. But I will definitely be going back.

   Me and my boyfriend went for our one year anniversary and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly. Our server was very attentive and our drinks were never empty. Overall an amazing experience.

   We have an amazing experience! Amazing staff, specially Preston! Super nice guy! Amazing service! I got the butternut squash risoto and it was ok. Too much black pepper and big cuts of onions. However, I really loved the brusqueta appetizer, and the flatbread. Delicious! The carbonara pasta was ok as well. It is not the original recipe, but worst it. I would eliminate the onion as well. Amazing and delicious dessert! Chocolate cake with ice cream! We will come back for sure! Thank you guys!

   We came here to celebrate a special occasion. It was the first time for most of us in our party. The wait to get our table was not bad at all. Pretty fast and close to our reservation time. However, from the time we sat down to the time we got our appetizer it was about 1 hour. Then to get our soups and salads it took an additional 35 minutes. After that to get our actual entrees we had been sitting for a full 2 hours. Our server was nice and attentive. She didn’t seem apologetic about the time we had to wait for our entrees which made me think maybe that kind of wait is a norm for this place? We saw several people that got there an hour after we sat down finishing and leaving before we even got our entree. So it made me question if it was maybe the size of our party but we were a total of 5 people. And we saw plenty of similar party size tables that sat down after us and got their meals way before us. So the whole wait made everything really not worth it. The food was actually ok but definitely not worth a 2 hour wait to get it. I honestly had pretty high expectations coming in and was excited due to several people suggesting it. But, needless to say, I was very disappointed.

   We finally got around to our Christmas Party on the last day of February. That said, we chose LaJolla Groves and reserved a table for 11 people. It was extremely pleasant, since they sat us in a back room for large parties. We enjoyed all of the food and tried everything from drinks, appitizers, soups, salads, entrees, and desserts. Everything was exceptionally presented, cooked perfectly, and flavor you don't forget easily. Our only concern was spending 2.5 hours there, but due to the large group and gourmet dishes we should have expected that. We all enjoyed the time to chat in between courses, but if we had anything pressing, we would have missed it. Other than that unexpected, it was a marvelous evening!

   An overallngood experience but found it odd that my wife and I had to choose everything we wanted from the menu all at once while the server stared at me.The food was great as usual but took look long for my drink to come

    Food was good. A little small on the serving size for the prices, My salad could have used more dressing as I barely could taste any dressing. But overall a good experience.
