The restaurant was empty. One table with people on a Friday night at 7pm! The waitress was nice but barely spoke English. La Fogata sounds Italian and dishes shown on website are Italian but the menu was American fare extremely overpriced. Cannot comment on the food as we made an excuse and left before eating. I think this place must be a write off for declaring bancrupcy. Avoid at all costs. All time worst restaurant I have ever visited.

Excellent service by knowledgeable attentive waiter. Good variety of food and beverage choices. Prices a tad high but comparable to other establishments in the area

The resturant was a disappointment. It was highly rated but a huge disappointment. The good was awful. Ordered the bone in sirloin with lobster mashed potatoes. Steak was less than one inch deep. Asked for rare, received a well done no flavor steak. The lobster mashed potatoes were over salted. I was concerned about getting sick from the lobster pieces. Overall it was terrible.. I will end by saying the staff was friendly.

We enjoyed the coconut milk chia seed parfait & excellent omlettes! Nice ambiance and excellent service. Highly recommend!

We absolutely adored our evening at La Fogata. Antonio was a fabulous server and the hostess was lovely. This staff has clearly been at this restaurant through many changes over the last two decades. It felt like coming into their homes. The food portions are large and the flavor pallet is heavy. We will be back!

This was our third pairing dinner. All 3 have been exceptional drinks, food, service, and value. We will attend the August dinner also. Compliments to the chef and his staff.

Specialty wine-pairing dinner: Wonderful five-course dinner paired with a selection of Daou wines. The chef and the representative from the wine distributor did great jobs in their descriptions of the food and wine. Service was top notch. All of the hard surfaces in the restaurant meant that (especially with a full group of diners,) the noise level was high, but keeping up with that made for a lively atmosphere.
