    The service staffs are quite attentive and reliable. Before today, I read some previous comments mentioned about folding napkin, this is now been done. But not all tables will be cleaned with the bread crumb. For the food, there was too much crunchy taste, only one course with it would be enough. The course with coffee is also like a dessert, a bit early than expected with the sweetness. Would prefer something warm as the room temperature is quite low while dining. The sunflower petals are only decorative, not eatable, it makes no difference with the course. An ant was on the side of the plate that served beef tartar. Not a big deal for us, so we didn’t bother to ask. Maybe the pine leaves underneath were freshly picked.

    Walking into the grandeur of The Four Seasons sets an immediate tone of excellence, even before settling in to absorb the surroundings. The atmosphere promises sophistication, raising expectations sky-high. Yet, the team at La Dame de Pic doesn't just meet these expectations—they surpass them in ways that are both thoughtful and extraordinary. Even before our evening began, a team member reached out to ask if this was a special occasion. It was—a celebration of my wife’s recent award at work. Their thoughtful inquiry translated into a delightful surprise dessert later that evening, a gesture that earned them well-deserved bonus points. From start to finish, every aspect of our experience was flawless. The service was nothing short of impeccable. Natasha, along with the rest of the team, displayed a level of expertise and grace that elevated the entire evening. Her deep knowledge of the menu, warm professionalism, and discretion were unmatched. The evening reached another level of magic when Evans, the head chef, took the time to give us a tour of his kitchen. He shared insights into his creative process and the sourcing of ingredients, a personal touch that thrilled my wife, an avid MasterChef fan. And then there’s the food—a true masterpiece in every sense. Each dish delivered an extraordinary balance of flavors, stunning creativity, and exquisite presentation. Every bite was a revelation, transforming dinner into an artful experience that exceeded all expectations. La Dame de Pic is not just a meal—it’s a memory. This was a dining experience like no other, filled with impeccable service, sublime cuisine, and thoughtful touches that made our evening unforgettable.     We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at this beautiful stylish restaurant, exceptional food and wine flight, wonderfully attentive waiting staff and highly knowledgable sommelier. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone seeking a very special dining experience. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for a truly wonderful evening!

    A very elegant environment in the beautiful Four Seasons at Trinity Square. I had a very high expectation having read about the French version of La Dane de Pic and unfortunately I was not impressed. The 8 course menu was very well presented and it came at the right speed but some of the dishes were subpar. On the positive side, the scallop was very solid together with the venison, and the Mille feuille was one of the best I have ever had. In the areas to improve, the fish was just OK, together with some of the other plates. The wine pairing was subpar in most of the dishes. Maybe for a 1 star Michelin star restaurant the review would have been better, but for a two star restaurant at over £400 Pounds per person I expect a different experience.

    What a fantastic experience. The food was really really nice. The ambiance was great, we were sitting at an enclosed table so really felt isolated from the rest of the restaurant which was anyway already super quiet The service was great as well. Choice of wine was good. We have been advised by the sommelier which ended being a very good choice. I would say the only point to improve is the explaination of what was in the plate. It was not always very clear. But « chapeau bas » to the chef, the cooks and the whole team. I’ll be back ( without Arnold)

    A fantastic lunch. The restaurant should have three Michelin stars for the quality of food and service. The bonne bouche was outstanding and the apple dessert was amazing- so many elements which totally complimented each other. The meal was very fairly priced.
