Had an amazing time at Koomo! The staff was fantastic ensuring that we were comfortable. Tina was exceptional, refilling my water, answering questions and she even got me a fresh napkin. The food was DELICIOUS! If you enjoy Japanese cuisine definitely give this place a shot. Me and my partner loved the Karaage Octopus! It was zesty with the lime and had a bit of bite to it with the Chili. The ambiance was beautiful and elegant especially with the view of the city and hills. will definitely be back when we stay in the Crowne Plaza Hotel again!

We had my sister’s high tea bridal shower here and the place was just perfect for the event. The food and serving were worth the value. The resto was overlooking the city view and the Adelaide Hills so definitely added to the charm of the place. The staff were great in accomodating with any last minute requests and very attentive. Would highly recommend and we will surely be coming back!

We were a group of 6, served by Michelle who is incredibly knowledgeable about everything Koomo and more. Trust her guidance. Absolutely amazing service, food was equally fantastic. This is definitely a more pricier venue but worth every penny, especially if you get Michelle!!!

Overall a disappointing experience. We ordered a bottle of bubbles that was still warm and had to ask for the bucket to be filled with ice. Most of the food was cold upon arrival and the sirloin was fatty and had a lot of sinew throughout. I wouldn’t go back.

Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. My wife and I had an amazing meal, delivered by very attentive wait staff, who were clearly very well trained. We were very surprised how busy the restaurant was for a Sunday night, but after tasting the meal it became obvious as to why, we will definitely return soon.
