Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

    Really enjoyed the meal. Everything was perfect! Our servers were really great, food came out as expected and was delicious.

    Excellent dinner. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing meal and experience. The food was delicious and we truly enjoyed every bite. Thank you for making our night special and memorable.

    We have enjoyed Knife and Spoon on several occasions while visiting Orlando. The food is always well-prepared and tasty. The vegetarian selection is somewhat limited but adequate. The side of mushrooms is perhaps the best preparation I had ever tasted. The wine list is exceptional with some good buys. We are fans of a good Old Fashioned-this is a top notch cocktail. The service is overly attentive and bordered on intrusive leading my my lower score. The room is elegant. We dined early and the noise level was low.

    Excellent all around. Fantastic service and somm had a great suggestion. I’m an oyster aficionado and was blown away by the flavor of the oysters and extremely surprised to find they were from nearby Indian river lagoon. Highly recommend

    The shrimp my husband ordered was beyond charred to the point he could not eat it. He then returned it and ordered the filet, which was a nice piece of meat. It was burnt on the top, never mind a seared crust, it was burnt which made it unenjoyable to eat. He ended up cutting the top off. The chocolate cake was the worst chocolate cake I’ve ever experienced. The positives: the puréed potatoes were excellent, the service was great including the ambiance, and the carrot cake was phenomenal. I was surprised at the quality of food under this Michelin star.

    Knife and spoon quickly became our favorite place to dine during our trip to Orlando. So much we went back twice! The food is creative, thoughtful, and executed perfectly. The tuna and foie dish was mouth watering to look at and even better to taste. My new favorite dish. The bolognese was so flavorful, the nuoc Cham butter that accompanied the whole fish truly made the dish next level fantastic. The steaks were expertly cooked but let’s talk about the orange soufflé. To die for and kind of the reason we went back. The service could not have been better. Julian, Dion and Miguel took great care of us and anticipated our needs like the professionals they are. They were incredible as servers and as people. Very attentive but not interfering. They made our experience the best it could be.

    10 oz filet was cooked perfectly (medium rare), service was excellent and wine (cake bread) while not yet on the wine list was available and was perfectly chilled. Mac & Cheese was good but couldn't really taste the bacon. The sauce that accompanied the filet was excellent. We got the carrot cake for dessert and while it was good it was not $19 good. the atmosphere and service was excellent and definitely worth eating there for a special meal

    We loved every single bite. Best Caesar Salad ever, and I’ve tried hundreds!! We would not hesitate to return.

    This was some of the most amazing food I have had. The service was outstanding. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. It’s a must!
