   Sat for an hour with no food and a bottle of water that we had to pay for. Waiter took our order 37 minutes after we sat down. And then never came back. 25 minutes later, we walked out.

   Very beautiful decor, the food was very good, and they had live entertainment on the night we went. It does get very loud so if you want a quiet dinner you should go in the early evening.

   Delicious food (I'll be dreaming of the hummus and beef shawarma for days). Service was great. The restaurant is really lovely - the outdoor patio is nicely decorated. I would love to see the place on a weekend when they have live entertainment.

   It was ... disappointing. When we walked in, the place was stifling. The air conditioner was making a noise like a blast furnace but didn't really have any effect until about we were ready to leave. There was no way to get a menu except by scanning a QR code. I had left my phone home. There HAS to be some backup plan. Not everyone -well almost everyone does, but not everyone - has a smart phone. We asked for water with our meal. It came at room temperature - and the room was at least 80 degrees. The hummus was bland. The chicken tikka and the beef kabobs were OK. Not great, just OK. Do not plan to go back.

   Food is Excellent. Dining and Patio excellent. But the service is incredibly poor. They don’t have enough people working. No one barely shows up and checks on the tables. The staff all literally disappear. Main entrees show up before mezza items. And the staff never bring out all the items ordered unless you notify them 2,3,4 times about it. Need to be better staff and train. This is my 5th visit and the experience has been identical every time. It wasn’t a one off. Really sucks for such and incredible food offering.

    Not a bad place but not what we had in mind for a Mother's Day dinner. Was expecting low key restaurant for family. Instead, lots going on. They wanted to charge us a cover to listen to live music which we were not expecting for a family dinner. However, they were reasonable and waived this as we finished our meal before the band started. Also, looked like a kid's birthday party in table next to ours which was very rowdy and festive. People were on their feet and dancing. These things were not bad, just not what we were expecting. If you are into a loud, festive atmosphere, then this would be fun. The part that was disappointing was when they brought out the food. There were 5 of us and they brought each dish out one at a time instead of all together. It seemed to be spaced out roughly 15 minutes apart. So pretty much they would bring one dish out, the rest of us would sit while one person ate. Right around the time one person finished, another person's dish was brought. This was the case for all 5 dishes. Very bizarre. What was great was the food. For us, we will probably order from here again, but just take out. Not really our type of place for dining in.
