To start the waitress was really nice. Ordered a model but they didn’t tell me it ran out until my party were on their second round of French 75s. When she’s brought out my lemon drop after 15 mins it tasted like simply lemonade. Salmon bites came out which was amazing. My catfish came out with rice and that was amazing as well! After almost finishing my food my sister pasta didn’t come out after an hour. She said “it ran out” after an whole hour. They got her catfish immediately but I feel like they should have tried to compensate us with something. Good experience but wouldn’t go back

Nice ambiance, great service but the food was subpar. We had the hot sausage tacos for starters but the taco was very bland, dry & the tortilla was burnt. The hot sausage tacos could’ve used a nice creamy sauce on top to bring out the flavors. The catfish wasnt fried in clean grease & affected the flavor. Anyone can have an off night. So I will still give JusTini’s another try in the near future. The service was so great it’s enough to bring me back

The entire experience was wonderful! Iesha was a great server, we found out that the owner served our first drinks (made them and brought them to the table) and she was extremely hospitable and welcoming, the food and drinks were reasonably priced during happy hour (we peaked at the regular menu, also priced well), and the ambiance/vibe was perfect for a girls night out! I will definitely bring my husband back for date night!

Cocktails are great. Service is timely and knowledgeable. Food needs some work. Don’t come for the food, go for the cocktails, good music, and up beat vide.

The overall experience at JusTini’s was a good time. The drinks were everything. The food was cold and not appetizing, but the experience was wonderful. My girls and I had a good time .

Our service was not great, we had a switch in servers 3x which led to our orders and check being messed up. It was very uncomfortable and when we requested to just pay all that was outstanding so we could leave, our server stopped another server and then began having a conversation with her about what she thought had gone wrong, continuing to delay our ability to leave. One of the people in our party also didn’t get her food for 45 min until after everyone else and it was avocado toast. We also had to ask servers and food runners about it 3x before it was brought out. When it was received it was cold, not toasted, and didn’t have ingredients as described. The person in my party sent it back and asked for no replacement because we had all finished eating and yet another one was brought out that was still not correct. One of the servers still wanted to charge her for the dish that she did not touch, was incorrect and cold, and was sent back. The server also never truly apologized and actually said “this happens all the time wherever you go” but I have never had a service experience like this before. We also had to ask 4x to get waters for the table which took over 40 min from our arrival. We were brought a holiday cocktail menu and then no one came back to see if we wanted to order any (we did). Then we didn’t get syrup with our French toast and that took an additional 20 min to flag someone down to remedy. We also weren’t given enough silverware sets so we again had to wait. All around poor service/experience which was disappointing because I have been looking forward to checking this place out and the chicken and French toast was fantastic.

Service, drinks, ambience, and happy hour menu was amazing. For my entree I had the $32 dollar lamb chops. They were as thin as pork chops and the size of a baby’s palm. I’ve had ribs bigger than them. Plus you get three asparagus spears. I guess one for each chop. I left the restaurant hungry. My husband had the catfish and rice which was delicious. Both dishes had small salads on the plate with no dressing or flavor and added no value to the entree. I feel like they are aiming to provide a high class fine dining experience, but they are lacking on the details that would elevate them to that status. They should also have a dress code if that’s what crowd they want to attract, as I literally saw someone in an oversized tshirt with booty shorts and tennis shoes. Just my opinion.

Made a dinner reservation. Upon my arrival, they told me that a table was a two hour wait, with a reservation due to overbooking. I flew in from Boston, MA and am extremely disappointed that this was my experience while traveling.
