Service was poor, had to wait for my pre booked table even though there were empty tables in the bar. Service staff ignored the queue waiting to be seated to take drinks orders. Very disappointed

This is my ‘go to’ place in Edinburgh for cocktails. Great environment. Good selection of drinks and bar staff are more than happy to mix whatever drink you want.

Usually only go here for foodvabd it's been great. Today I went for drinks. We were a party of 2, there was 1 other person in the bar and 2 staff members. We waited 30 mins after finishing our first drink and no staff came to take a 2nd order. I had to go and order at the bar. We then waited another 20 mins with no drink and had to return to the bar to ask where it was. The girl apologised and they did reduce the bill by 1 drink. The staff were standing in a corner that was not visible from my table so we thought the bar was unstaffed, why we waited so long when the bar was more or less empty. I am very dissapointed by the service, we ended up going elsewhere so we could actually get served. If 2 staff members cannot provide an efficient service for 3 customers how on earth do they manage when the bar is full. I don't think I will be back for drinks after the poor service.

Great late lunch wuth friends at Twenty Princes Street and cocktails in Bar Juniper. Fantastic offer 2 courses for £20! Food was delicious and the service outstanding throughout. This is a lovely central venue opposite train station and with wonderful views. It was so nice to get away ftom the hustle and hustle of a very busy festival Princes Street into a calm and welcoming environment. Thank you!

We only had drinks, but the staff made us feel really welcome and they were very friendly. They even opened the large windows as the heat from the sun was making the bar rather hot. Service was excellent.

First visit and very impressed. Decor is beautiful, we only had small plates and they were delicious and value for money. There was music in the background just at the right level. The service was impeccable
